Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a registry office. Well done, Samantha!

She is incredibly proficient and fast, all while being very personable and fun to talk to. I've only been to this location twice now but both times everyone was super nice and seemed to enjoy eachother which made for great experiences. My only critique to management is to get your wonderful staff and customers some warm beverages while you are renovating and we have to be outside lol.

Can AMA help me with changing my Alberta Health Care Card?

Will you have another AMA shredding event soon?
This year's shredding events have concluded, but Shredding dates for 2024 will be listed on our website as of March 6. For more information, visit ama.ab.ca/events/shredding.
Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
