I usually get very good service at this fountain tire , but recently I took my 2010 Camaro in for servicing for misfire in all cylinders , I was informed I needed 6 new ignition coils and spark plugs they finished it that day went picked up car and paid bill not thinking much of total till I got home when I realized I was charged $30.47 per spark plug upon further investigating found that Napa retails very same plug for $18.69 so little confused how get charged almost twice the price of retail, especially when your cost as a dealer would probably be around $10.00

Thank you and much appreciation to the shift manager and tech staff working on Saturday Feb 26. We were driving out of town when our tire indicator came on in our rental vehicle. It was at the end of the day but they still made time to repair the tire, the tech found that tire on the Hertz rental had an improper repair done but fixed the tire very quickly and efficiently. Our out of town trip could have ended very badly but turned out happy instead.

They got my summer tires in early and mounted them quick for me to bring home for storage! The next day I had some issues with my winter tires (not from them) got me in and fixed them up for a good price

They do the worst alignment in Red deer not recommend this place. Manager is very rude can't believe how someone like that can be a manager. I had the worst customer service experience ever. Not recommend this place to anyone.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
