  The staff at the Red Deer location are wonderful. It is always busy there but they treat everyone kindly and with patience and respect.

  SO SLOW!!! Took hours to pick up a car. There is something wrong with the staff here.

  Cars interiors could be a little bit cleaner, as some seats still had crumbs in folds But other than that, great service

  Mixed review. Once I got to their place and got the car everything was good. The problem was that when I called and booked, they said they pick up in Blackfalds. I double checked and they said yes. Then I was sitting at the Blackfalds Autobody shop waiting, they were a 1/2 hr late. I called to get an eta, the guy on phone confirmed I was on list for pick-up and said he would call driver and get back to me. He called back to only to tell me they don't pick up in Blackfalds and I was out of luck. This after having confirmed during initial booking and then telling me I was on list for a pick up and he would check with driver... They then went on with double talk trying to pass the buck, asking exactly who I spoke to that said this (ignoring the fact when pointed out that he just told me I was on pickup list). So they are good if you can get to their shop, but be extremely careful when setting up a pickup that they actually pickup where you are (in Red Deer is OK but I do not think anywhere else)

  I call them to book a vehicle. They said yes we have one for you. Drove 30 min to be told they had nothing’ then 2 days later said yes 100% will have one when I come. Got there had to wait 40 min for the vehicle. Then when I returned was told all was good but need to finalize everything with insurance and would get back to me with credit card pretty! Never did till I call them to deal with it!
