  Reserved a luxury car. They said it was going to be there to pick up in the morning. I called the morning I told them I was coming to pick up and they said they rented it out the day before and had no luxury vehicles left. They then proceeded to tell me that my reservation of a luxury vehicle and their verbal confirmation the car was going to be there does not guarantee the car is going to be there.. what?? What's the reservation for? I was literally living in a Seinfeld episode (if you know, you know). This locations full staff that I talked to failed to understand that the 'holding' of the reservation is the most important part of the reservation. Seems to be a free for all first come first serve. Very disappointing.

  Very friendly and courteous car was basically brand new. Drop off and pick up shuttle driver were very friendly

  UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved satisfactorily so review has been updated. This company came after us for damages UNDERNEATH the rental vehicle that we certainly did not see when we rented the vehicle (who looks at the undercarriage?) and certainly did not create. Very disappointing.
