  Hail replacement rental. They were very busy on pick up and almost forgot about me. The manager was exceptional in getting me on the road.

  If i could give you a zero I would. My experience with your staff was horrendous but let's talk about the seniors screwed and confused by your company. Not only did they plead they purchased 4 days not 15 but also did they even need the insurance tou offered..... you said 'did you read the fine print or did ypu express this to someone "... really enterprise. Gross.

  I had a rental from here for almost 3 weeks while my car was repaired at a local body shop, they were great to deal with. From pick up to drop off and needing their shuttle services everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. The gentleman that drove me to the body shop in the shuttle was so pleasant to talk with, he made my hectic morning a bit more calm with our conversation. 10/10 service!

  Will never get a rental from this place ever AGAIN! While my vehicle was being repaired for hail damage my insurance company sent me to this place, I was given a brand new vehicle that did suffer HAIL damage during the rental the new “manager” dylan made me feel like it was my fault that the rental received hail damage because I predict the weather right? Telling me the vehicle was not even 30 days old yet. Yeah? And your point again it’s not my fault the rental I had received damages! My insurance will pay for it but maybe next time try to be compassionate and not an ignorant “manager “ over something that was not my fault!!
