  Amazing service. Can not say I have ever experienced such a knowledgeable team who put me first. Opened the door and greeted me, let me know what to expect and delivered my car back to me sooner than I expected!! You guys are great. Glad to see you have new management who knows customer service. 👍

  I felt welcomed when I walked in the door when the admin & manager both congratulated me on the recent arrival of my baby girl (I forgot I had even mentioned that when I booked, so it was really sweet of them to remember!). Friendly service is such a breath of fresh air and is very important to me! They repaired my vehicle earlier than I anticipated, and offered honest advice & service. I would recommend Boyd to friends, family and anyone looking for exceptional service!

  *Edited to add review to rating. Had car in for a few days to do some body work on rear bumper. Winter conditions were bad on day I went to pickup car and it still had summer tires, so I phoned ahead to ask if I could bring my winter tires in (already on rims) and have them switch them out on the car. Not only did they do this for me with no notice, but they didn't charge me anything for the extra trouble. Not something I'd always expect a business to do, but that's the stuff that makes for next level service and repeat customers! The new rear bumper looks great too, with a great colour match to the original paint!
