  2 days in a row I called to set up insurance. I waited on hold for 2 hours both times before I had to hang up. I've never experienced wait times so long with any business.

  Love how they have 3 people working insurance and 2 of them sit on the phone dealing with people as people in store start backing up. Be nice if a quick stop didn’t turn into a 2 hour stop.

  My claim for my home insurance was denied because previous owners put new windows in and apparently didn’t seal properly, so the fact that rain came in, destroyed a wall, my flooring and made my front door swell so I can’t use it, means nothing, I had a home inspection, was never revealed to me that window wasn’t original, but somehow this is all my fault, definitely won’t recommend or use them again. Not really seeing the point of home insurance, should put the money in high interest savings, so when something goes wrong I have funds to fix

  The worst possible auto insurance policies. They NEVER pick up the phone. Multiple days left on hold for over 2 hours. They have next to zero care for you and their services, all they want is the most expensive rates in Ab with little to no service behind it.

  Loved ama for insuring my old 76' continental as a daily driver, however this is now the 2nd time that my policy has been canceled with no warning and they sent the mail not to my address or to my mailbox like they can easily do with their promo material or my pink cards or other insurance information, no that would be too simple and convenient for the customer. When the notice of my policy being canceled (with no prior email or phone call or any sort of prior warning) gets mailed out they require a signature at my place of residence while im at work and unable to receive the mail so they send it not to the nearest post office that i could easily walk too, no no no, they sent it to the fed ex building on the outskirts of the city that I have to discover im now driving my car there and back home with no insurance. TWICE now. Both times id be able to pay my late fee before the cancelation date but no I have to re apply and go through the process now for a 3rd time. Ama is really a good insurance provider until it comes time to let you know about important things that concern you rather than promos that concern the company. Really irritated that with regards to the matter of canceling auto insurance AMA will drop you before informing you that youre being dropped. Last time this happened my car was in the mechanics shop and I didn't get my cancelation mail until a week after my insurance was closed so I had no clue I was driving without insurance. Beware this company has no grace or care as soon as you miss a payment. I will be changing providers ASAP to hopefully a company that can give me the decency of at least trying to contact me to let me know PRIOR to just dropping me. If they called when it bounced or let me know somehow like they easily can about new offers I could have just as easily come in the next day to pay it, and next payday is literally 4 days away as I write this so I could pay next month th in advance too but noooo that'd be too hard. After this happened the first time I gave explicit instructions to not send mail to the city outskirts and to leave in MY MAILBOX. OR SOME POST OFFICE THATS CLOSE TO MY RESIDENCE, NOT THE OPPOSITE END OF THE CITY!!!!
