What a world we live in, there should be negative star reviews. The AMA website says to book an appointment online, but when you try it says you can’t, you have to call.. I waited over 2 hours on the phone before hanging up with pure frustration. They obviously don’t care about business, I guess they have all they want. They just hope you’ll get upset and hang up, and it worked. Perhaps it’s time to get people out of their pj’s and back to an office where they actually have to do some work. Customer Service now means nothing to these large companies, they have way too much money. Anyway “good luck” if you choose to deal with this organization..!!!

Iv been trying to contact them to cancel insurance on my vehicle I had sold a week ago. Every time iv been stuck on hold over an hour, two hours, hour and half. I even went online to request a call in the PM and got nothing. Now I have to drive the 30 mins into Red Deer just to cancel my insurance and 30 mins back since I cant get through at all. Iv been with AMA for over 13 years and will continue in the future.

This registry is the worst AMA experience ive ever had. The people at registry were very hard to work with and an attitude that should not be in a business place. Just unmannerly

Terrible service from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, it felt like the staff were avoiding customers. Trying to ask simple questions was frustrating, and everything moved extremely slowly.
I came in for insurance, and while waiting, I witnessed an elderly couple being treated poorly. Their names were never clearly called, and staff ended up helping someone else instead. When the couple said they hadn’t heard their name, the employee responded rudely and dismissively in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable enough that I felt the need to step in.
When it was finally my turn, the experience didn’t improve. The staff member immediately shut things down with a negative response without properly reviewing my paperwork or understanding the situation. There was no effort to help or even explore possible solutions.
Overall, very unprofessional and disappointing. I chose to walk out and will not be returning or spending any money at this business.

I have been a member of AMA for many years. They are always very helpful with our vehicle insurance needs. I would like to say that the one thing that needs big improvement is having to sit on hold for too long. I was on hold for almost an hour and finally had to hang up as I could not wait any longer. I am actually sitting on hold AGAIN! Please see what you can do about that. We all lead busy lives and sitting on a phone so long is not the way to do business.
