  Seem to have difficulty actually having the car I reserved in stock at pickup time. Spent $410.00 in gas for my trip on a huge Dodge Durango which I did not reserve!

  Never even made it to renting a car, but to not be open on weekends, and not allow early pickups or late drop offs outside of 8-5 must be horrible for business. Enough for me to find another company to go with.

  Rented for the Okotoks Enterprise centre. Staff are polite and accommodating. Vehicle rented was in very good condition and worked well. It was a pleasant experience.

  The car I finally received was in immaculate condition with a full tank of gas, and a clean interior. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my car repair appointment because Enterprise could not deliver a rental car at the prearranged, and agreed upon, time. And even then I still had to wait once I got to the repair shop to drop off my personal vehicle because they still hadn't delivered a rental car - not the best way to run a business in my view. The staff for Enterprise were absolutely phenomenal and I have no issues with them at all...just the inability to follow through on a prearranged and agreed upon delivery time that was made several days in advance of the required day.

  I had a really great experience with Enterprise Car Rental recently, and I feel like it’s worth calling out the team for how smooth everything was. Hashem and Robson were genuinely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I started calling and inquiring, they made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They were friendly without being over the top, answered all my questions clearly (and I had a lot of questions) and actually took the time to make sure I was getting all the information I needed —not just rushing me through the process. What stood out most was how attentive they were. You can tell they care about customer experience, not just getting you in and out. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly as promised, which honestly isn’t always a given with rentals. It’s small things like their professionalism and positive attitude that made a big difference. I left feeling confident I’d come back again next time I need a rental in that area. Big thanks to Hashem and Robson for making it such a smooth experience.
