  Excellent! Courteous... Personable and professional. I was impressed. A 60 dollar in-cabin air filter is a bit expensive, but moreover I'm very impressed with my first time experience with GCOC

  I took my grandma’s Lincoln in for an oil change with Gavin! He was fantastic and really knew what he was talking about. Gavin made the whole experience very simple and easy. I wish him luck on his project truck!

  this place closes at 6:00 pm, i get off work at 5:30, then the drive across town, so i arrived about 5:45. i was feeling badly about coming so late already, and there was 1 car ahead of me, so it was after 6:00 pm or very close to it by the time i pulled into the bay. rather than being irritated with the last minute traffic, the person who took care of me, Tanner, was gracious and welcoming, very friendly and warm. he told me the extra time he had to put in because of me was not an issue. i proffered an online coupon i’d found, and he kindly gave me one that more than tripled the value of what i’d found online. service was effective and thorough, all systems checked. price with coupon given was less than other online quotes i saw. most impressive of all, though, was Tanner. the service and his manner throughout were exemplary. i will definitely make GCOC my go to oil change venue, and this is entirely due to my reception by this noteworthy person. highly recommend.

  Rolled up, had to wait, was told would only be a 5 minute wait, was less than that! Gavin took care of me after that for my first visit and has set the bar for drive thru oil change service! Everything was smooth, calculated, and efficient! The team communicated professionally and with familiarity. I will definetly be coming back!
