I visit for an oil change a few days after moving to Medicine Hat & it was an incredible experience. Gavin was extremely helpful & friendly as he explained everything and made recommendations. I also appreciated the little car kit with a garbage bag, air freshener, and dash wipes. 10/10 service, I'll definitely be back.

Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Gavin was so informative and a very nice guy.
Stopped in about 5 minutes to close after experiencing some mechanical issues on the highway. Gavin and the team were phenomenal - they gladly waved us in, provided a complimentary drink, and quickly got to work.
Every member of the team is clearly skilled at what they do, and we felt extremely well taken care of. They were transparent with us at every stage, showing us where filter changes etc were needed, and what to keep an eye on in future.
We were back on the road in 10 minutes, feeling exponentially more confident about the state of the car. Thank you all!
My girlfriend and I blew a serpentine belt got the car close to the shop. Gavin. The lead shop tech took time out of his personal time after work to help us get it fixed. Between myself and my girlfriend. We got the belt on and we're back on the road. Thank you to Gavin for being a solid guy!!!

My first visit here for an oil change was excellent, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, my second experience left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
I arrived with a coupon, but was told there was a 15% promotion and that I could save my coupon for later. During the inspection, the technician checked my fuel filter and said it was clean. He then looked at my cabin air filter and pointed out some dust, a leaf, and what he believed could be evidence that a mouse had started a nest.
What bothered me wasn't being shown the filter—it was the pressure that followed. I explained that money was tight and that I was already struggling to afford the oil change. Instead of simply recommending that I replace the filter when I was able, I was repeatedly told it was a health hazard and that there could be mouse urine on it. That made me feel like I had no choice but to agree to the replacement.
After thinking about it for a couple of days, I can't shake the feeling that fear was used as a sales tactic. Maybe the filter did need to be replaced, but I would have appreciated honest information and options rather than feeling pressured into spending money I didn't have.
I left my first visit impressed. I left my second visit feeling uncomfortable and regretting the experience. Unfortunately, because of that, I won't be returning.
