  Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had a simple question about whether I could write my learners here, but no one answers the phone, despite the place being crawling with employees. So, I drove there in person. The receptionist told me yes, only for me to get to Registries and find out that you can’t write the learners without an AMA membership. The Registries employee was equally disappointing—no smile, no greeting, no gesture to come over, and just an overall unfriendly attitude. A simple phone call could have saved me an unnecessary trip. If you’re going to have a phone number for customer service, actually answer it. Wasted time and a very frustrating experience.

  If I could I would go negative stars... Pay for their services and they make it absolutely insane to receive the service that has been paid for 100 times over. Charge more and more every year and provide less and less. Can't even call in to speak to a person. Over 20 minutes to go through the AI promo system that would have been less than a 5 minute call with an actual person. What an absolute joke, pay for an emergency service that is more in tune to leave you stranded than to actually provide a service. Used to be able to call a tow company and they would bill AMA... Nope apparently that service actually helped the customer, not allowed because then you might actually get proper service for which you are paying. It's apparently better to have someone stranded on the side of the road and be an obstacle for other drivers than it is to provide a service that your customer has already pre-paid for. What an absolute JOKE!!!! NEVER AGAIN

  I spoke to Mariana in the med. Hat office to book a trip to cancun..after being scammed by persons saying they were ama travel on line.. I was very nervous about booking with ama on the phone..in the past I have always booked my vacations through ama..Mariana was absolutely wonderful..she was kind courteous and very thorough explaining all involved in my booking my trip..I was short on time so she promised to call me back at 4:00 to complete my booking..which she did..even added more details about the resort I was booking including finding out for me that shuttle service was included to and from the airport which I greatly appreciated. Ama is very fortunate to have her as an employee who i highly recommend..she spent more than an hour with me as she was very detailed and went far and beyond the call of duty..sincerely appreciated..and this is why I have been a customer since 2013..thank I ou kindly mariana
