  I would give - star if possible not even zero as it’s still number. Manager over there behave rudely and worst experience for as taking rental at this location manager is very rude and doesn’t know what customer service should be and need to be taught as district manager should take disciplinary action by providing worst customer service. As my car is getting fixed insurance company send info over there as they are the only rental car provider as they called me said we have this car available is said ok and then I asked for pick up and they didn’t ask me my address and hung up even though I said time for pick up at 10 am and then I got busy in work and forgot but no call from them at all and when I got there at 5 right when they were closing instead of help manager said oh we are close it was clearly visible displasure on face and then I asked for my car which was reserved, I was told it was given away as I didn’t came for pick up and they didn’t even bother to call again that they are giving car to another renter and then I was told if you want come on Monday I said what car do you have and I was told Hyundai Elantra and i said ok as soon as we went in office manager keep telling I shouldn’t have been open and behaviour was change and I was told you are mean take and I am not giving you car take it rental from true car which another rental absolutely worst experience any one should be getting as instead helping they told me go to other car rental.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I was visiting Lloydminster from Calgary when my 2017 Hyundai Tucson broke down and had to be left at the Hyundai dealership. By the end of Tuesday, the dealership still hadn’t even been able to look at my vehicle, so I rented a car from the Lloydminster Enterprise location to drive home to Calgary. At that point, I expected my vehicle would be repaired by Friday. Unfortunately, I later found out the engine needed to be replaced, so there was no chance my vehicle would be ready. When I called the Lloydminster Enterprise location to explain the situation and ask about returning the rental in Calgary, I was met with absolutely no empathy or flexibility. I was told that returning the car in Calgary was “not allowed” and that the vehicle had to be back by noon Friday because it was already rented to someone else. When I explained that was impossible, I was told it had to be back by 4:00 p.m. instead. Again, I explained that wasn’t possible. Eventually, I was told I could return it Sunday when they were closed. When I asked how I was supposed to get back to Calgary with my own vehicle still in the shop, I was actually told to rent a U-Haul. The expectation seemed to be that I should drive five hours back to Lloydminster, return the rental, then rent a U-Haul and drive another five hours home. It was an unreasonable suggestion that added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I then called Enterprise Customer Service, and the experience was completely different. They immediately told me there was no problem returning the vehicle in Calgary. The next morning, as soon as the Lloydminster office opened, I received another call insisting they needed the car back. After I explained that Customer Service had already approved a Calgary return, I was told it would cost me $350. When I replied that Customer Service had quoted a one-way fee of only $25-$75, I was repeatedly told it would be $300 and charged to my credit card. I was even told they could “shave $50 off.” When I finally returned the vehicle to the Calgary Enterprise location, the staff couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. They completed the return with no issues, provided excellent customer service, and there was no extra charge whatsoever. The contrast between the two locations was remarkable. The Calgary team was understanding, courteous, and solution-oriented. The Lloydminster location made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Based on my experience, I would not rent from the Lloydminster Enterprise location again.

  The staff was very pleasant and helpful during all my interactions. The car was ready and she walked me through the whole pre rental and ensured that the car was full and with no damage. She even highlighted chips in the window to ensure I was aware that it was there prior to my rental. I would definitely recommend this location to someone looking to rent a car locally.

  Excellent customer service. Brooke was amazing in helping me with the rental and extensions I needed while my car was being fixed up. Above and beyond at every interaction.
