  I pre-booked my car with Trevor. He was pleasant, fast and efficient Arrived late in the evening but paperwork was all done and car was ready. Quick exchange but couldn't inspect car for scratches etc. Dropped car off 3 days later but no one was at their desk so key drop only.

  I rented a car in Edmonton and dropped it off in Lethbridge. I was lucky the counter attendant was there; however, after finalizing my transaction she disappeared like pooooof! I wanted a cab and unlike other airports, cabs weren't lined up at the door because the airport was like a train station.
