- ESEmlyn Sontag5 days ago5.0This is the best mechanic I have ever been to. Allan is amazing, he really cares and wants to help people. I had an amazing experience at this Fountain Tire location. The price was affordable, fair, and I was kept updated about my vehicle repairs the entire time it was in the shop. They gave me all the information I needed to understand what was going on and make my own decisions on how to proceed based on their recommendations. My vehicle took a few days longer than it was supposed to but I was kept in the loop and notified any time something came up. I feel confident that I can trust the mechanics here and that they are not trying to scam me like other places might do. They genuinely did everything they could to fix my vehicle while keeping the costs as low as possible. I was told by another shop that there was nothing that could be done to fix it and a few other people who took a look also thought the same. The other mechanic didnt even bother doing a thorough inspection to identify the issue and just wrote me off based on his theory of what was wrong. I am so happy I decided to get a second opinion and brought my vehicle here because they took the time to diagnose it properly and it ended up not being as bad as I was previously told. They were able to get it back up and running after I had lost hope. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the service I received here. Thank you, I am so grateful
