  Tyler was exceptional in his knowledge and customer service! We have rented from Lethbridge Enterprise many times but this was our first time renting from the truck side. Tyler was able to answer all our questions, knew his stuff and was so helpful during the entire process.

  Five stars and two thumbs up for Samson he was truly a blessing thru this process and made my first time rental flawless!! Thank you so very much for being the best and giving me a really nice car!!

  Just like a lot of the other 1-star reviews, I had reservation for a vehicle, and Enterprise failed to deliver. Really sucks to have a week long rental reservation cancelled so shortly before the scheduled pick-up time. Less than hour before my scheduled pick-up time Jack from Enterprise calls me and leaves a message that they do not have any vehicles available, and they tried multiple times to contact me, which they did not. They called once a day prior and I could not answer the call as I was working. Their confirmation email also stated they would reach out ahead of time by email or text 24 hours prior to my rental to confirm details. Which they also did not do. The reason for not having any vehicles is due to hail, which I found very odd. The hail storm in Lethbridge passed through on the far Northside of the city and not downtown where Enterprise is located. Save yourself the the trouble and call National Car Rental. They had me sorted out and in a rental for the week within the hour. Also, surprisingly, no hail damage.

  Rented a car, afterwards get multiple charges on credit card of varying amounts, called to se what it was all about, seeing as all the emails were in French and I couldn’t read that, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, never go here!!! They live to scam——- EDIT!- I gave you a chance to make it right, I just wanted the emails you sent me translated to English, but you couldn’t even manage that, our business is concluded and the charges reported as fraud
