  Pretty straight forward, I rented a vehicle from enterprise,originally thought i would only need it for the day, then my plans got changed, I went to the location and expressed my plan change,they were awesome to deal with and set everything up.zero complaints,

  Too bad ZERO is not an option Unbelievably poor experience with this office. had a specific vehicle booked for a long distance move. was told THREE (3) hours before pickup that there was no vehicle. Even though i spoke personally to someone in the office not 24 hours before, and confirmed online the morning of. I was forced to privately rent a vehicle at 10X the price. They blamed a staff that no longer worked there for the error. Have not yet taken any responsibility. I really wish there was an alternative in Lethbridge for care rentals. It is probably worth your while to go to Calgary to rent a vehicle to save the pain and headache of dealing with the Lethbridge office. I am sure if anyone from Enterprise actually reads the reviews there will be a apologetic response below covering their @$.

  Customer service was incredible! All the employees are so kind and friendly. smooth pick up and drop off and the car we got was 10/10!

  Reserved and checked in online ahead of time, but still spent ~5–10 minutes at the counter and another ~15–20 minutes waiting for the car to be ready. The vehicle itself was very nice—new, clean, and had features like lane centering and adaptive cruise control, which made longer drives very comfortable. The daily price was also quite reasonable. That said, the car came with only about 3/8 of a tank of gas (they did offer to refill it, but I didn’t want to wait longer), and there was a bit of pressure to add damage insurance at the counter. On top of that, the car had a consistent vibration at highway speeds (~100–110 km/h), which made longer drives uncomfortable. Staff were otherwise fine, but overall the process and vehicle condition could be improved.

  This Enterprise branch offers excellent customer service. They always greet customers with a warm smile, which really makes a difference after a long drive. All staff members are friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Dona and Bamike. They understand my situation and always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you. You are the best Enterprise branch.
