  After being unfortunately rear-ended, I was very pleased with the service I received from Boyd’s auto body shop. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent, communication was clear and consistent, and the pricing was fair and transparent. They coordinated smoothly with both my insurance company and the rental car company, which made the entire process much easier. They handled everything professionally and helped turn an unfortunate situation into a seamless experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality auto body repairs and dependable service.

  I 100% recommend Boyd auto body in Lethbridge! I’ve recently retired from a 35 year career in insurance. Not once in my whole career have I ever seen a claim go this smoothly. I had a hit and run on my own vehicle last week. I was ready for long process of getting my car repaired. Loyd auto body had my vehicle in their shop the very next day. I just picked my car up today after they completed the work. Oh my, what a nice surprise. The work was impeccable! They even cleaned my vehicle inside and out. When I got into my vehicle, it felt like new. Thank you to the whole team!

  Like it sometimes happens, I accidentally backed into a post and damaged the side door of my car. From the moment I walked into Boyd Autobody, everyone was so kind and helpful. They took the time to listen to what happened, came out to look at my car, and even completed my estimate during their lunch hour, making the whole process feel so much less stressful. The team kept me updated throughout the repair and explained everything clearly, from why the entire door needed to be replaced to the special three-coat paint process my car required (who knew!?) I really appreciated how they made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. As a bonus, my car was ready two days earlier than expected and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned my car (inside as well), which was the cherry on top. I'm so grateful for all the care and effort the team put into my repair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boyd Autobody to my friends and family. Thank you for making a stressful situation such a positive experience!!

  I took my car to Boyd Autobody after an accident. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish. They handled the arrangements with the insurance company, helped with the rental car, and kept me updated every step of the way. The service at the front counter was also amazing — Diane was so kind, helpful, and professional. The best surprise was getting back into my car and seeing how spotless it was. They cleaned it so well it looked brand new. I really appreciated the care they put into everything and would definitely recommend them!
