- AOAyla O'Brien1 day ago1.0Absolutely a waste of time I was enrolled in the premium drive program and wait times for lessons were up to 4 months and then I wouldn't even get to do the driving and my instructor would come up with excuses on how they couldn't drive at certain times a day. I believe it was just a waste of time. now I spent $1,500 and I didn't even get to finish the program because now I'm waiting until February 2027 for the next driving lesson.
- RTRyley TolmanOct 6, 20261.0AMA has refused to work with us on getting a refund on our home which was doubly insured by accident. Even though they would not be liable for near the amount the policy was held for, they have decided to keep thousands of dollars and hope we would just go away. I would encourage others to be wary of a corporation that refuses to do the right thing when the right thing is obvious. Once they have your money, their decision "is final" (even though there are multiple paths you can pursue to resolve it). Our city does not need corporations that milk the populace and funnel money away from local businesses. Take your money elsewhere.
- CRColby RSep 26, 20262.0I learned today there are appointment-only expectations now at this location for insurance services, regardless of membership. This is a step back in serving members and should be reversed. I will be reconsidering my membership when renewal time comes.
- LDLeslie DunnSep 23, 20261.0Waste of money. The only time we used this roadside assistance was a totally dog and pony show. We didn’t use it as the time to get assistance was unknown!!! Could be as soon as 30 minutes or as long as the next day!!! Whatever what a total waste of time and money!
- KRKelsey RobutkaSep 18, 20261.0Poor customer service. Called numerous times. The automated message keypad doesnt accept any number you punch in. Left a voicemail, nearly an hour later I actually received a call back. Told them they had poor customer service and I get asked "what do you expect"? Um I expect you to have a properly working service if you will have one or at least answer your phone. Then get told, "you listen", so I hung up. I never did sign up. Im sure their hwy service is no better.

We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
