I came in during my lunch to ask questions regarding obtaining a vehicle history report, but had to leave since my lunch break timed out and the registrars / member service line was moving very slowly. I have spent many lunch hours waiting in line for services (going back to 2006)! Long line-ups and slow service are not new issues, even though the Google responses suggest otherwise. I do not feel this is acceptable service. I have emailed the reception address (as suggested by the AMA responses to google reviews) , but have reservations since the last time I emailed questions/concerns regarding an insurance policy with AMA took months before I heard back from someone.

Had a bad experience with AMA Lethbridge, signed up granddaughter for her driving course. The online courses were a great start for her, although once she completed the online course we scheduled her in car lessons, only to have the instructor cancel the lessons hours before she’s to start. Once our granddaughter was notified of the cancellations, she was told that someone would contact her with new information regarding a in car instructor, we waited about 2 weeks and I had to contact ama regarding this issue. Was told that someone would be in contact with me and still no answer. We did get to schedule 2 in car lessons, but nothing is available for 3-4 months down the road now, I find after paying the exuberance amount for the course we should get some kind of compensation if they can’t provide a service we’ve already paid for. As, well if your staff is telling people someone will be in contact with them, then a call should be made.

I have been to other AMA locations elsewhere and this so far has been my best experience. Sarah helped me with my auto insurance and was amazing. Of course, there is always a wait but that is to be expected. Way faster than calling in.

I am really happy and grateful to Charity, one of the best persons I've met. I came to get registration for my vehicle and I accidently forgot the new copy of bill of sales. Charity was super patient and kind with me, not only she waited but also helped me get the better quote for my vehicle. Shoutout to Charity !!! thanks for all your kindness and patience. :)
After that I got my number plate in quick time and I was flabbergasted with the service at AMA. You guys are amazing. Cheers !!!

Love getting notice they will no longer support motorcycle insurance after 15 long years. I'll be pulling the rest of my insurance from them as well.
Edit: and a very small number you say?! I've had my motorcycle insurance with you for 15 years! What a joke
