  Exceptional experience. Lucas made our pick up smooth and exciting. He made an excellent vehicle recommendation, it was perfect for my family road trip. He was very informative and charming. We will definitely be back when we need a rental.

  I loved my Nissan Kicks that I spent 8 days with in Northern Alberta. It was exactly what I'd hoped for when I made my on-line selection: clean, reliable and a nice solid drive on Highway 43. The staff, both on pick-up and drop-off at YEG were professional, pleasant and efficient. Online selection service was seamless and quick.

  Be aware of the inspection process here. I reserved an SUV and was given a much larger vehicle past midnight with no walkthrough or damage form. I noticed a large dent and chips on the exterior, took timestamped photos, and emailed the branch right away to document everything. When I came back that morning to swap to the size I originally booked, I was discouraged from doing so. When I insisted, they said I'd be charged for the dent. They only backed off after I showed my timestamped photos. I wasn't charged in the end, but only because I had my own proof. Take photos and videos of every angle at pickup. Don't rely on them to document it for you. If something similar happens to you, know that Alberta has consumer protection options available.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Enterprise. After returning the vehicle, they attempted to hold me responsible for a dent that was already present when I received it. The way this was handled made me feel as though they were trying to charge me for pre-existing damage rather than properly reviewing the vehicle’s condition. I also experienced a flat tire and contacted roadside assistance. The response was untimely and the assistance provided was unacceptable. I eventually had to bring the vehicle in to exchange it, and the service during the exchange was equally disappointing. What should have been handled quickly and professionally became an unnecessary inconvenience. Based on my experience, I do not feel this location can be trusted to deal fairly with customers. Anyone renting from them should take a detailed, time-stamped video of the entire vehicle before leaving the lot, including every panel, wheel, windshield, and the interior. Make sure every existing mark or dent is documented in writing. Their handling of the damage dispute, roadside assistance, and vehicle exchange showed a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. I would not recommend using Enterprise.
