  I regularly travel to Edmonton and Calgary on business and each time I find it seamless to rent with enterprise. The experience is always so good and sometimes I’m dropping the car back at a different airport and they’re so accommodating, just the speed you can check out and the speed you can return the car and the price is ever so reasonable thank you

  Service was quick and painless. Couldn't ask for a more flawless experience. I don't think I was at the counter for more than two minutes before I was walked to my vehicle. Returning the vehicle was even quicker.

  Easy pickup and drop off, even though the drop off was after hours. It's nice walking off the plane after a long flight and feeling confident that the car will be there. It was clean and ready to go, and I've had nothing but good experiences so far with all my rentals.

  I’m not complaining for this company specifically, but to car rentals in general. My experience was impacted by replying on strict policy enforcement that left little room for flexibility in a real-world travel disruption. I understand that you must follow procedures for liability and risk management, especially regarding payment methods and vehicle availability. However, lack of available options and inability to accommodate alternative forms of payment or provide clearer contingency guidance created significant inconvenience in my situation. I also speak on behalf of other people who may come across a situation where they end being stranded. If you were in this situation, I’m pretty sure you would say, “Its their rules, nothing we could.” But why stop there, because not everyone has the same situation. In the future, communication about requirements (such as credit card dependency) and more transparent real-time availability updates would help customers better prepare and avoid being stranded. I respect the constraints the people who work for this company, a more solution-oriented approach or clearer options would improve the overall customer experience. Ps. Judging by your reviews, I won’t see any improvement in the following years therefore I am not looking forward for you to improving your policies. Nonetheless, I know what to do when this happens again.
