  On the day I went to the Alamo rental counter the staff was very polite, patient, caring and most of all accommodating. I really appreciated her time helping me to get a vehicle. Thank you very much. I will definitely rent from them again. ❤️

  From booking to picking up my car to returning it. Very friendly and informative staff. I always try renting from Alamo best prices and staff. Rented from Edmonton Airport.

  I rented a vehicle from Alamo and experienced an issue with the windshield shortly after leaving the airport. A crack developed suddenly at the base of the windshield while it was parked with no visible signs of impact. The vehicle had been approved as being in good condition at pickup, yet the defect or stress point in the windshield was not visible to staff or myself during the initial walk around. Unfortunately, I was still held responsible for the damage despite it appearing to originate from a pre-existing condition. The staff, especially Ronan and a Filipino man with glasses who were working in the lot, were kind and professional throughout the process of switching me into another rental. Despite not agreeing with Alamo’s policy for an issue they should be responsible for, their lot staff is what saved this review from being 1 star. I am thankful I have insurance through my credit card because you never know the true conditions of these vehicles.

  We had a very good experience. The vehicles were clean. The people were courteous, and everything was easy. And on schedule, we called for customers support to ask a question. And they were very helpful. The guy at the front desk was very cheerful and made us all laugh. He even let our son pick out the color of the vehicle.
