  Easy, quick check in and vehicle pick up. Drop off was quick and easy. Everything went smoothly. Rental agent was friendly, helpful, and super nice.

  Picked up a VW Taos at Edmonton and dropped it off at Calgary a week later. Staff at the pickup and return were extremely nice, we had a great experience. Glad we rented from Alamo

  We were very impressed with our experience here at Alamo at the Edmonton Airport! We were a good-sized group flying into Edmonton late in the evening, and even though we arrived a few minutes late, the Alamo staff still accommodated us and took great care of our group. We received the vehicles we had reserved through the Alamo app, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The employees were very kind and helpful, explained everything clearly, and answered any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Excellent service, great vehicles, and wonderful staff! We will definitely rent from Alamo again when we're back in Edmonton. Highly recommend!

  Be warned that if booking through a third party app the terms are misleading. Was allowed to book and even complete my excellerated check in with my valid license and my spouses valid credit card. Both of us were present at the counter but because he only has a credit card and expired ID and I only have a valid license and no credit card (debit was not accepted) we were turned away. I understand that policy is policy but it should not have let me book it that way if you can't actually rent it like that.

  This was my first time renting a car and experience was completely different what i expected. It was so smooth and easy 15 to pick car and only 10 minutes to drop. Customer service was really good. I got clean car and i cleaned it before returning because i want to return it in same condition. Car was almost new so i rented it for 18 days and not a single problem i faced. Extremely good experience. Whenever i need to rent car my first choice will be alamo. Thanks guys for wonderful experience.
