  Fantastic staff who really helped at a stressful time as our VIA trains kept being altered. Special thanks to Catherine, Michelle & Candy who went above & beyond to help & try to come up with other options when it appeared our train from Jasper to Saskatoon would be cancelled. Luckily we did finally get out on it, so it all worked out, but all 3 of them were excellent. We also appreciated the newer Honda CR-V as we ended up driving a lot as our hotel was in Hinton. Glad we are a part of their loyalty program as we did seem to be valued which feels great & makes it an easy choice to rent from National when there is that option.

  Wanted to give a shout out to Katherine who helped us when our (Calgary) National car went kaput while in Jasper. Our car started leaking oil while there and was bad enough that we couldn't drive the car. She gave us the good news and bad news story--unfortunately the Jasper location is a franchisee and she could not personally do anything to help with our busted car. But what she did do was call National for us and she said the right things and cut through all of the red tape so that by the next morning we had a replacement car shipped out to us. We ended up renting a car for the day from her as well and the car worked out great. That is the type of customer service I look for--thanks Kay!

  Kat, the receptionist in Jasper, is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people you could ask for. Excellent service and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I truly appreciate her help and professionalism.
