  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Tried to charge me for an extra day!! Good thing I was watching my credit card transactions!! They are NOT a National Car Rental place. Like others have said- they say they are a "franchise" but you cannot use your Emerald Club here, they do not have the same quality of service and attention to detail you get at a real National, and when I tried to suggest that the (manager?) woman who took my call inform the employee about the not being able to use the membership situation because she clearly doesn't know since it wasn't conveyed to me- she HUNG UP ON ME!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. I will never return here. (Pics for algo)

  I've rented from this company twice. Have had exceptional service both times. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a vehicle

  I made my rental arrangements online through a 3rd party, and the total cost was about $150. When picking up the vehicle, the woman at the counter charged me an extra $70 because I'm "not from Grande Prairie". Couldn't have made this up if I tried. Never coming here again.

  Came here after an insurance claim on my truck. Spoke with john on the phone prior, was very condescending and ignorant. Ended up getting a rental elsewhere. Would not reccomend.

  Very poor performance. Only 33 seconds of water per dollar, machine says double time for a Towne and only gave 55 seconds. System continued to dispense soap while on rinse setting so I was unable to get my vehicle clean. I will have to visit another car wash to finish the job. I would not recommend this car wash to my friends.
