  -I received a follow up call from Shawna, the owner, and she acknowledged my concern and after reviewing the situation she offered to reimburse the cost of the second diagnosis. I accepted her offer. Shawna was very professional and understanding. -if I could give a negative number of stars that is what I would do -2014 F150 with Automatic Dual A/C -problem is warm/hot air coming from drivers side and cool air coming from passenger side -MMM called and staff speculated that the problem could be low refrigerant. They indicated that when they checked the refrigerant, if that turned out to not be the problem then they would diagnose the problem for the same price as the recharge would have been -next day after dropping the truck off, I get a call saying that the A/C is working and cold air is blowing. -I pick up the truck within a couple of hours and pay for an A/C recharge. -I drive the truck home (10km), but did not try out the "repaired" A/C. I park the truck for several days. -when I went to use the truck, the A/C was doing exactly what it had been doing when I dropped it off. -I called MMM back, explained what was happening and they speculated maybe a leak. -truck returned to MMM and they diagnosed an HVAC Blend Door Activator was broken -MMM sent a text with an estimated cost of repair -I called and left a message at MMM to ask for clarification of details on the estimate. -after waiting for 2 hours without getting a call back, I return to MMM to pick up the truck without getting it repaired -I was charged for the diagnosis (about the same cost as I was charged for the earlier recharge a few days earlier). -when I questioned how the A/C could have possibly been working after the first visit the rational I was given was that the blend door activator had broken after the recharge was done. THIS WAS AFTER A 10 KM DRIVE AND BEING PARKED FOR 4 DAYS. -I am not sure that MMM did any work on the first visit???

  Recently, we had our car and truck in for the regular service. We have trusted Muffler Man with our vehicles for a number of years. As usual, the staff at the front were great to deal with and The team in the shop are always fast And can be counted on to let us know if there’s anything more needed . Greg Podmore
