- GGGiroux Gaetan2 days ago5.0Today I noticed that a bracket on our muffler was broken, so we stopped at The Muffler Man in Grande Prairie. Scott agreed to do the repair himself since he didn’t have anyone available at the time to take care of it. While working on the bracket, he noticed that our air suspension had been incorrectly installed, creating a serious risk of major damage and even a potential accident. Since we are not from the area and are travelling, Scott went above and beyond by helping us find someone who could fix the problem — and he did it! We now have an appointment tomorrow morning at 10:30. Yay! I would not hesitate to recommend The Muffler Man if you have any issues. They are honest, helpful, and truly care about their customers. Thank you Scott for your amazing service!

They were able to book my muffler replacement, AC recharge and oil change all at the same time and while I was out of town so I didn’t have to be without my vehicle, drop off secure lock boxes made this possible! Excellent communication and when there was a minor glitch got me in the next day just before lunch and adjusted it while I waited. Very happy with the service and competitive reasonable pricing!
