Everytime we had a flat to repair they said they were to busy and couldn't get us in for a day or two so we would have to go to another tire shop and pay for the repair which defeats there free flat repair when you buy tires from them. Then had a set of tires that should have been warrantied because of premature tire wear but fountain tire made every excuse to not warranty them. Will never buy another set of tires from this place

Service was easy to schedule(online) as well as completed in a timely fashion. The vehicle report I was given as well is much appreciated! The receptionists are a pleasure to deal with. I have used Fountain Tire before(other locations) and will continue to use in the future. Highly recommend.
