  Absolutely the worst company to rent from booked a reservation well over a month ago for a truck one way to move across the country. Was all confirmed, I called multiple times to make sure it was okay specifically saying it was for a one way to move across the country, just for them to call me the day before and tell me they have zero vehicles for me and they can’t do anything about it.

  This place really sucks! I made a reservation last night for a mid size SUV got there this morning and nope it’s gone… they tried to get me in a van and never said a thing about having to have a AB drivers license nor credit card…. Only one guy there actually seemed to give a damn

  I needed a rental when my car in shop. Enterprise was quick when it came to getting me into vehicle. Communication great, staff friendly, nice vehicle that I received. Would choose Enterprise again.

  Poor and terrible service. Lack of communication. Very disorganized. Twice now, I have been left hanging by these guys. First time, I was to take my car in for body work, they were contacted by my adjuster, they called me and we agreed on when to get me in the rental. But the day came, and it was total silence from them. I called numerous times, sent voice notes, after days of trying, one man picked and rudely cut me off after putting me hold on the phone for over 20 mins. Second time, the body shop arranged with them, they called me a day before I took the car in for repair and we AGREED on the time and place. Then the next day came, total silence again. Called and called for over an hour, AGAIN!
