  Poor Customer Service, the Enterprise Branch had no credit card to allow staff to fill a tank full prior to the start of your vehicle rental. The credit card was broken because a staff member had sat on it. The employees had been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement. The vehicle was not cleaned properly inside and out because of staff shortages and also waiting for a 2nd vacuum as a stuff member had advised me. I had to call the Enterprise office several times over the time of my Rental it was at least 25 rings for a staff member to answer and then put on hold for another 15 minutes or more. The Corporate office needs to do more to help there Grande Prairie location and staff in a timely manner. I do not blame the staff I believe the Corporate office could have responded more effectively. Unfortunately will never use Enterprise again for a vehicle rental.

  They don't get no star rating. Booked a car online so I could get my daughter to medical appointment in Edmonton. My friend and I go to pick up the car. The guy informs us he doesn't have no vehicle for me. Told me he would call around and let me know in 2 to 3 hours which I didn't not have as I needed to be in Edmonton. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They had no cares in the world. Left me stranded with no way to get to the medical appointment for my kid.

  Enterprise Auto Rentals in Grande Prairie, AB were so easy and accommodating to rent from. They were able to get me in to a great rental pickup for a week and actually turned out I needed it for one extra day, which they said it was no problem at all. Thank you for that. They gave me a shuttle ride to and from Enterprise to get the rental pickup, which was awsome. Thank you again Enterprise Auto Rentals for a great rental experience! I will indeed use Enterprise again when needing an auto rental.

  Absolutely the worst company to rent from booked a reservation well over a month ago for a truck one way to move across the country. Was all confirmed, I called multiple times to make sure it was okay specifically saying it was for a one way to move across the country, just for them to call me the day before and tell me they have zero vehicles for me and they can’t do anything about it.
