- BTBryan Taylor1 day ago4.0I'm not impressed with the new "sign yourself in" iPads. I pay a membership fee to have everything under one roof and personalized service but might as well order online. The people there are great and I did receive excellent service but I'm the type that quit going to McDonald's because I'm expected to put my own order into an iPad, pay the iPad and wait for my # to pop up on a screen.
- CMCharli McDonald1 day ago2.0I've been waiting for 10 minutes and this place is ridiculous. The new "sign in" process feels unnecessary. Whatever happened to "take a number"? And only having two people working registry is definitely not ideal--the other registries in town have 5+ employees at any given time. I don't feel like this new system has made things more efficient; if anything the waits are longer. Also, insurance is appointment-only now, a change that they never told members about.

We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?
