Lovely experience, the girls at the front are always kind and helpful compared to the other registry places.

By far the worst customer service experience we have ever had whilst applying for a birth certificate for our son. On not one, but two separate occasions, additional products were added without any knowledge of price increase or consent. That alone is unacceptable. What makes it worse is how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the issue or taking any responsibility, customer service immediately deflected and implied that the mistake was ours and that we should be responsible. The complete lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating and frankly unprofessional. Between the unauthorized charges and the dismissive attitude from your employee Lhyanna L., this experience has completely eroded our trust in this company. We would strongly caution others to double-check their documents and think twice before doing business here.

Have been waiting in line for 20mins while one guy is handling a big file and two of them sit in the back chatting. It’s unreal that we have to pay to be here and then wait in ungodly lines. 10/11 people deep and you are sitting there. Get the customers taken care of. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Beyond useless service. About 6 months ago, I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone trying to get rental insurance. After finally speaking with an agent, she valued the property at $630,000. When I asked why their valuation was so high — considering the bank appraisal was around $370,000 — I was told they “didn’t care” and that I was free to take my business elsewhere. At the time, I was in a pinch and reluctantly agreed to move forward. Later, I found out the same agent was not even qualified/licensed to complete the transaction properly. She told me another agent would call me back the next day to finalize everything. That never happened. Fast forward to today: I spent another 2.5 hours on the phone simply trying to obtain proof of insurance of my primary residence Nothing was resolved over two hours in the phone still waiting I also left two messages this week and nobody bothered to call back. This is exactly the kind of gross corporate capitalism — inflated pricing, poor communication, and zero accountability. Back then, they were trying to charge me around $320/month for insurance. I ended up going with Western Financial Group a local insurance company here in Grande Prairie instead for about $153/month, with far better service and actual follow-up.
