  Worst rental experience ever. I rented a car on August 23rd 11:47 AM and returned it on August 24th at 6 -7pmPM which is shorter than 24h. They charged me for two days instead of one. The staff member who took the car back knows I returned it on the 24th, not the 25th. I filed a complaint over a week ago and got nothing - no refund, no response, no nothing. Another thing happened to me when I booked online Full Size vehicle they keep saying the reserved car isn’t available and force you to take whatever they have. Don’t waste your time here honestly another branch will be better.

  Disappointing and Misleading Rental Experience I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise today. I arrived at the airport expecting to pick up the vehicle I had reserved online and had confirmation for yesterday, only to be told that there were no available cars. I genuinely felt bad for the staff member who had to deliver the disappointing news because this situation was not her fault. My concern is with the reliability of the reservation system and the information being provided on the Enterprise website. If a vehicle is confirmed and a customer relies on that confirmation to make travel arrangements, they should be able to reasonably expect that the vehicle will actually be available when they arrive. Customers spend not only money, but also valuable time and effort making these arrangements. I hope Enterprise will take accountability for this experience and look into how reservations are being confirmed online when vehicles may not actually be available. Please fix the system so customers are not misled into making reservations that cannot be fulfilled. This is not simply about the money. It is about reliability, accountability, consideration for your customers, and delivering the level of service that your company promises. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so other customers do not experience the same frustration and inconvenience.

  On August 15th I travelled to Fort McMurray from Grand Prairie. When I left unfortunately I forgot my credit card and was in a terrible situation. An associate named Chase was working the counter that day. I was certain that I was out of luck, I asked Chase if there was any ideas or options for me, since I did not have a credit card. For a couple of hours I was coming back to the rental counter just trying different things that he had suggested and one of them worked, creating a guest profile on their website and attaching my credit card number to it and booking that way and I would not need the physical credit card to be with me. Everything worked out because of his idea! This young man has some really serious problem-solving skills and really actually cared about my situation. In today's world it's extremely difficult to find anyone that would have any interest in helping anyone. But, Chase stepped up. The customer service I received that day outshined the vehicle rental itself. Thank you to Chase for your help and I hope you receive a promotion for your diligence in helping a guest that was in a tough spot, and delivering amazing customer service.

  I travel for work and most of the times try to book with Enterprise, I always book online through the website. This is the only Enterprise site where my reservation gets cancelled due to unavailability of the cars. They usually call, tell me they don’t have cars available and that they will cancel the reservation, moments later I receive an email saying that I cancelled my reservation. I understand that cars are not always available but they shouldn’t allow the website to give us a booking in the first place, in case they have to cancel it should be noted that the cancelation came from the branch not the client.
