  Left with OUT a Vehicle Again. Seems to be the in thing. For the second time with an booking made well in advance Enterprise has left me stranded. Booking through there App says, they have and will have a vehicle. When you go to pick it up , they have no vehicles and no control over the booking app letting customers book. They do not pre call and inform you of no vehicle available. Customer show up and Not Get a vehicle. I've called head office ie 800 line. And was give an 500 poor experience points credit. Bottom line , Do not trust that any Enterprise rental distributor will have a vehicle for you when you get there. And the employees will just Say, there sorry , it 's just the way it is , in Fort Mcmurray.

  Extremely poor service. I called to book a reservation for my employees and spent 1 hour on the phone with no help other than to book through Expedia. So I did that. My employees show up and they say the reservation isn't in properly and they couldnt help. We called their service line again and found a work around. My employees sat waiting with no one at the desk for over an hour to help get the rental. Still no response and the customer service could not get ahold of the employee. I have never had an issue with enterprise prior. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recommend as they are extremely unreliable

  Rented from Fort McMurray airport , thought I was getting a newer F150 instead received a 2003 Dodge with a cracked windshield and dirty, rep there wasn’t very helpful either as far as changing the rental.

  I have been a loyal customer of this Enterprise location for a long time and have always rented vehicles using my debit card without any issues. However, I was recently informed that debit cards are no longer accepted, and I was asked to provide several additional documents, including proof of address and utility bills, before I could rent a vehicle. I also found the interaction unprofessional because while I was speaking with one employee, another staff member interrupted the conversation even though I was not speaking with her. I hope this matter can be reviewed, as my experience was disappointing compared to the service I received in the past.

  2nd time this month that we arrived from Edmonton and no one at the counter. 7 customers waiting. Budget counter was open and was able to get their customers through but we are still waiting…very frustrating.
