  We had an Enterprise vehicle rented from another location. Due to a family emergency we had to return it to the Fort Mac airport location. The Manager George Osei Sarfo was very understanding and flexible with the situation. He accurately documented the circumstances to avoid any troubles in the future. Thank you!

  Wow, Enterprise really did it again! Amazing how they treat people in general, let alone customers who rent from them frequently. Over committing, and then trying to blame the customers (yes, plural, in this case probably 10 to 20 customers without vehicles at the same time??!!). At the Enterprise counter they said they had to release my rental as I was not there within an hour from the time I committed. I told them I have been trying to call them all day, as my flight was canceled and rebooked. I got one of them to verify it was the correct phone number. All day it either continued to wring and wring, or it would quickly hang up on me. They had an excuse for that too (they are too busy), go figure.... Nothing is their fault and nothing is ever their problem.

  Very friendly staff, got me in and out quick. There was a small issue with the windshield washer, fluid level, and one of the wiper blades. I was able to resolve it on my own, but I am hoping that Enterprise will make the situation right. It was likely a small oversight from the previous renter. I realize bad things can happen at any time and if nobody notifies the provider, it’s impossible to remedy. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out, and drove perfectly other than the issue with the wiper blade. I’m not going to downgrade them any stars as everything else was so great!!.

  Disappointing and Misleading Rental Experience I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise today. I arrived at the airport expecting to pick up the vehicle I had reserved online and had confirmation for yesterday, only to be told that there were no available cars. I genuinely felt bad for the staff member who had to deliver the disappointing news because this situation was not her fault. My concern is with the reliability of the reservation system and the information being provided on the Enterprise website. If a vehicle is confirmed and a customer relies on that confirmation to make travel arrangements, they should be able to reasonably expect that the vehicle will actually be available when they arrive. Customers spend not only money, but also valuable time and effort making these arrangements. I hope Enterprise will take accountability for this experience and look into how reservations are being confirmed online when vehicles may not actually be available. Please fix the system so customers are not misled into making reservations that cannot be fulfilled. This is not simply about the money. It is about reliability, accountability, consideration for your customers, and delivering the level of service that your company promises. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so other customers do not experience the same frustration and inconvenience.
