Washroom could use a bit more attention as it wasn't clean as per proper standards. Also, why in the Flying J.., is the price of fuel more than 15 cents higher than every other gas station in the surrounding area?!?
- TETom EadieJul 17, 20261.0The North West Edmonton Flying-J franchise is in a very convenient location for me but is so poorly managed that I avoid going there. Today I was driving past and again made the mistake of thinking that they would be able to sell me bulk diesel without their usual problems. I saw that they had new pumps and was optimistic. Sure enough I wasted time trying to buy fuel and then was told that the pump wasn't working correctly. There were no cones or a sign. They wait for customers to come in and then tell them to drive all the way around, get at the back of the line and try another pump?!?! When you point out a problem, they get angry and rude because in their minds you are the problem.
