  So my low tire pressure light comes on and I'm like, "Friggin' eh, what do I do about that?" I look across the way and I see Great Canadian Oil Change and I wonder whether they'll take a look at it. Drive right up and Vincent and the boys are there, holdin' it down, and I tell 'em my one tire's a bit low, and I don't remember the last time I checked the oil. The boys go to work quick, Parv under the hood with the oil and Vincent and the other Chad checking out the tires. My oil was low so they topped me off, made sure to match the recommended oil too. They soaped the tires to check but didn't find any leaks. Full tires, full oil, and I ask "How much", Vincent tells me "No charge!" That's top notch customer service right there. Professional, thorough, courteous, and clear communicators; they went above and beyond making sure I drove away with peace of mind, and they didn't even ask for a nickel. I know who I'm thinking of next time I need an oil change, cabin filter, or whatever.

  Best service I've had in 40 years of oil changes. They get it done efficiently and they get it done right and they are kind. They don't oversell and actually pay attention to what you said, what you want and what you actually need! Bring all your cars here!!

  I went to get an oil change today, Chris helped me, and he was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything additional, although he did politely offer extras. He was easy to chat with and all around great at his job. He did let me know I needed a new cabin air filter (realizing mine was disgusting after they checked it lol) — I decided to pick one up at Canadian tire and came back and they even put it in for me, although I didn’t purchase it through them. I will definitely be back to this location for all future oil changes! And I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family.

  Amazing customer service. Went in for a oil change turns out i had a dead bulb they only charged for the bulb(at a reasonable price) service was free, you can tell they are very diligent about what they do here. Only place i’ll go from now on

  Excellent service from start to finish. I came in for an oil change on my older Toyota, and the team discovered my battery was failing. They took the time to explain the test results and answer my questions without any pressure. What really stood out was Brian's honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a larger battery that my car didn't need, he recommended that I purchase the correct battery elsewhere and bring it back. Once I returned, the team installed it for me and got me back on the road. They also pointed out a few other items that will need attention in the future, but there was no upselling or scare tactics—just honest, professional advice. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
