Woke up to a flat tire after trying several other places. None were able to get me in the same day for a simple plug. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments as a walk-in. Always have good experiences with customer service here

I went in to location to get my tire looked at for the second time I got new tires here. The guy I was talking to asked if I had a appointment.I told him I don’t and that I called a week before and they told me they do not do appointments and I have to come in and first come first serve. Right away the guy was saying they would not say that. I said I talked to this location and that’s what they said and he was still saying no they don’t. I didn’t was to argue so I just didn’t push the issue I did say well that’s b.s under my breath he said wait you say and I just said it’s fine never time right away he started swearing at me and telling me to watch the attitude. I apologized bc I should not of said well this is b.c he still was really rude and every question he asked me I would answer nice and he would say watch the attitude. I had to apologize over and over to get him to calm down just so he would help me out. He did say I hate dealing with people like you. I only made the comment I was not trying to be rude to the guy and I let him know 3-4 time I’m really not trying to give you a hard time. His excuses was he’s working 10 hour days 5 days a week. I work 12 hours a day for 24 days straight and I’m on my first day off. I work 24 days 4 days off and I would never treat anyone like that. I won’t be back to give business to a company that treats you like this.for the other workers to hear how this guy treat a customer and let it be shows a lot about this location.

I got my tire changed here after I had hit an unavoidable pothole. They were very professional, super efficient and the process was extremely easy to go through with them! I highly recommend them
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
