Had a couple bad tires on my trailer, had one of the after hours mobile technicians come out and fix my tires for me.
Marcus was great. He was the mobile technician that serviced my trailer. I’m very grateful he showed up on a Sunday for me.
Showed up when he said he was going to, he was very quick, and very easy to work with. He was also very professional, polite, and had a very positive attitude.
It’s nice to know, I can count on fountain tire and their team when I need a tire changed.

1) last winter of 2025, I went to switch out my tires to Winter tires and they messed up the rotation on one. I waited for 2 hours for this and had to comeback and wait again. With a price of $200+ and the wait, you would expect nothing would be wrong.
2) went a few days ago to switch out my summer tries and again i waited for 2.5 hours even though they said i can get in pretty quick. After the job was done, drove to calgary and noticed that on highway speed, the car was shaking. Went back to them to rebalance the tires (though this was supposed to be done during the first appointment). I was reassured AGAIN that the wait wont be long and waited again another 2 hours just for this mistake.
One mistake i can understand . but twice or more on a simple job is just not acceptable.
The staffs were great and respectful.

James was professional and kind. We worked together to move a tractor trailer over to make a safer work area since the truck was on the White line on Anthony Henday.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
