Grease.
Typically with a tire shop you could simply say, "dont go here unless if you're in a pinch". But unfortunately that's not the case at all here; I would recommend to avoid this shop all together unless if you're the kind of customer that has a desire to be taken advantage of.
What should have been a simple flat/patch repair had been spun into a "need" to replace all 4 tires by the service advisor.
To explore the sake of the argument further, let's say my tire had been irreparable and needed a replacement. The other 3 tires are currently sitting at a 10/32 tread depth, which anyone with any common sense knows are next to good as new. For the argument to be to replace all 4.. well.. you can see where the grease is coming from here. Even on an AWD system, we are talking about the most miniscule variation in tread depth if there had been a need for a replacement; and is well within the tolerance for tread depth variation between all 4 wheels.
Needless to say, I took my flat down the street to a competitor for a proper internal patch repair , and saved myself the $1200 I was quoted by this location and had it all taken care of within a half hour.
To me this location has lost any credibility they had, and would sell you blinker fluid if you let them. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere more honest.

Jon helped me out. I went in for a tire repair consult for a nail that punctured the shoulder of my tire. It was just on the cusp of the sidewall so they said they couldn't do it, but they offered to swap the tire for a used one with similar wear at a reasonable price.
All in all quick inspection, conversation, and work done in less than an hour very happy with the service.

The BEST! There are so many places to go get work on your vehicles but this business is a HUGE standout for me.
Why? It’s their customer service. I feel valued every time I need their services. The appropriate services are suggested to me and I’m the decision maker. It’s a low pressure environment that’s based on honesty and trust. I always feel good before during and after my service experience.
The team that works here are friendly and promptly answer my questions, even if I have to ask the same question several times because I don’t understand. Their patience with my questions is remarkable …. And always done with a smile.
I can’t say enough about this fabulous business. You’d be silly not to use them for your vehicle needs.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
