I've been to a lot of tire shops over the years, and this is by far the best experience I've had. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain my options without any pressure or upselling, and their pricing was fair and transparent.
The service was fast, professional, and done right the first time. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Finding a shop you can trust isn't always easy, but this team has earned my business for life.
If you're looking for great prices, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship, I highly recommend this tire shop. Thank you for making the entire process stress-free and easy!

Extremely disappointed. Loyal customer turned away after they avoided responsibility for damage.
I have been bringing my vehicle to Fountain Tire Riverbend for years and always thought they were a great team. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, that relationship is completely broken and I will never bring my vehicle back here.
I brought my car in for a routine tire swap and parked it safely right in front of their main entrance. When I came to pick it up, I discovered they had moved it and left it in a precarious spot in the overflow public lot by the Subway. While parked there in their care, someone backed into my car, leaving a massive dent across both my front and rear passenger doors.
When I immediately went to get an employee, his response was, "Oh yeah, at the Subways lot, this kind of thing happens." We both took photos, and he directed me to get an estimate from City Collision. The quote came back at $2,000 in damages, which both I and Fountain Tire received.
Today, I received a call from their insurance company. They asked me to explain what happened, only to immediately follow up by saying they are denying liability.
Fountain Tire took my car, moved it to an unsafe area that they admitted is prone to these kinds of incidents, and is now refusing to take responsibility for what happened to it while it was in their possession. It is a shame to see how quickly customer loyalty is forgotten when a problem arises. Buyer beware: if you leave your vehicle here and they mishandle or misplace it, they will not have your back.

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
