  I was initially unhappy with my experience, as the truck I was promised was not there due to some recall work that had to occur. Though it was not their fault, Bella and Teriebi were very empathetic and apologetic, and promised to call the next day as soon as a truck became available. Bella called early on Saturday morning and had a truck set aside for me, as well as providing a discount for the inconvenience. I genuinely appreciate their humanity and efforts in how they approached the situation and sought to solve the issue at hand to ensure a positive experience with customer service and upholding the integrity of the business. Because of their efforts, I will absolutely recommend to anyone who has truck rental needs to seek out Bella and Teriebi in the future. I hope they are recognized for their excellence as employees, and are rewarded for that excellence. Big thanks to both of them.

  Bella at the Truck Branch on 102 Ave has been nothing short of phenomenal. In over 40 years, I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with someone as helpful, professional, and genuinely customer-focused as she is. She goes above and beyond in a way that truly stands out. If it were possible, I’d suggest cloning her across all your locations — she sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.
