  Weeks ago I rented a 26' truck for May 22,2026 for when I move out of a 5 bedroom home. Today I recieved a message from the manager TWO DAYS BEFORE saying " We are fully sold out for cube vans and will not be able to fulfill your reservation sadly. Please let me know if a hi-roof cargo van would work for you. If it does, please come in with your driver’s license and credit card to match. We hold the cost of rental + $300 as a damage deposit.". I called upset and spoke to him (The branch manager Tareibi" He did not help me at all, did not even care about them not having a vehicle. I asked if there would be any way to get a discount to get 2 of the 20' trucks and he said no, they wont give any discounts nor can they promise me a 20' truck. He didn't even sound appologetic at all or willing to help. I originally said it was rented for two days and they only had one day rent put on it. EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE. Considering my boss told me to rent with them as we refer people and BOOK customers with enterprise rent and a car daily for their service. Very disappointed with their service especially speaking to the manager over the phone.

  I was initially unhappy with my experience, as the truck I was promised was not there due to some recall work that had to occur. Though it was not their fault, Bella and Teriebi were very empathetic and apologetic, and promised to call the next day as soon as a truck became available. Bella called early on Saturday morning and had a truck set aside for me, as well as providing a discount for the inconvenience. I genuinely appreciate their humanity and efforts in how they approached the situation and sought to solve the issue at hand to ensure a positive experience with customer service and upholding the integrity of the business. Because of their efforts, I will absolutely recommend to anyone who has truck rental needs to seek out Bella and Teriebi in the future. I hope they are recognized for their excellence as employees, and are rewarded for that excellence. Big thanks to both of them.
