  This place is great! Bobby is a kind and professional gentleman who will get you a clean vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. They will even give you a ride to where you need to go when you drop off the vehicle. I have rented from here twice and I will definitely be back multiple times in the future. 5 stars for being a great place all around!

  I made a reservation for noon pick up through a work business account which said I could pick up at noon. They close at noon. Why would they allow bookings at their closing time. Arrived 10 mins late and they were closed. Yes I should have double checked but they should not allow pick ups at close. Worst a good customer service manager would see that booking time and call to confirm. Either way won’t pick Enterprise again.

  From start to finish the process was easy, the staff were amazing. We got there in the morning and the truck was ready to go for a family trip to the Calgary zoo. The staff were upbeat, welcoming and made us feel at ease. Unfortunately, we picked up more family in Red Deer to find out that one seat belt buckle didn't work. We called Enterprise and without hassle, they offered several solutions for us to choose from. In the end, we had a fantastic trip to the zoo and excellent experience with the branch. I will 100% be renting a vehicle from this location specifically going forward. I sincerely appreciate this particular location NOT ruining a fun family day out. Thank you so much.

  We rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location for a family trip to BC, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We booked through Costco after comparing prices, and it actually ended up being the best value, even compared to booking directly through Enterprise. Pickup was quick and easy, and every staff member we dealt with was genuinely friendly, patient, and happy to answer our questions. After they showed us the vehicle, we still had a few questions about how some of the features worked, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly without making us feel rushed. One thing I thought might be helpful for others to know is that if your spouse will be driving too, they don’t need to come with you to pick up the vehicle. We both set aside time thinking he would need to sign paperwork, but spouses are automatically covered, so hopefully that saves someone else an extra trip. The vehicle itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our road trip. Returning it was just as easy as picking it up. There were no issues at all, and I really appreciated that the staff genuinely cared about our experience. They asked how everything went and if there was anything they could have done differently, which I don’t think you see very often anymore. If I ever need another rental vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and made the entire experience easy.
