  Takes so long to get a rental, we had a reservation and we arrived to pick up. Had to wait almost an hour because they still needed to clean and whatever else they needed to do. Shouldn’t these be done prior.

  2nd time renting a vehicle from them and the service is great, and fast considering how busy they are sometimes.

  I genuinely do not understand how this company receives 5-star reviews. My experience with their service has been extremely disappointing. There should be negative stars as well. I called multiple times to book a vehicle from the same location and never received the promised callback. On one occasion, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then completely forgotten about. In total, I contacted them at least 10 times regarding my booking, yet no one followed up as they said they would. I even confirmed with Sam from Simplicity that the order would be handled, but still received no callback or resolution. The lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I have always had great experiences with Enterprise in the past, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing. I arrived exactly at my scheduled 9:00 AM appointment, however the representative assisting me was not very helpful when I asked about switching vehicles for Apple CarPlay compatibility. It was only after I personally checked the app and noticed other rental vehicles were still available that alternatives were considered. I was also not asked whether I needed insurance coverage during the rental process. The vehicle itself had multiple technical issues throughout the rental. Apple CarPlay disconnected randomly several times, and there was also an ongoing seat belt warning beep issue, which made the experience frustrating. Later, the same representative called me back and I shared my concerns. I was promised that my next rental would be complimentary and was told I would receive an email confirmation. However, I still have not received any confirmation email despite replying back and following up. I’ve always enjoyed renting with Enterprise before, which is why this experience stood out negatively compared to my previous rentals.

  I had made my reservation 6 hours in advance. I was supposed to go to Calgary, but they called me just one hour before the pickup time and told me they didn’t have any cars available. Terrible service. Awful staff
