  Sultan is one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever met. He is professional, helpful, and has excellent customer service skills. His friendly smile makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you arrive. The cars at Enterprise Downtown are always clean and reliable. I’ve had a great experience with them and will definitely be coming back! Thank you once again, Sultan, for the excellent service!

  Excellent Service! I’ve had a great experience with Enterprise at the Edmonton Downtown location. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They make the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Gautam, the manager, who has always gone above and beyond to help me find the best option for my needs. He’s very approachable, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure I’m taken care of. I don’t remember the name of all the staff members but all of them at this location are very helpful. I really appreciate the consistently great customer service from the whole team. Highly recommend Enterprise Edmonton Downtown, especially if you want great service and people who actually care about their customers!

  The most unprofessional company i have ever seen. I booked a car but when I reached the office, there was no car available. My phone number and email was incorrect even though I spelled it on call. Total time wastage! Worst experience ever!

  I’ll never try to rent from this business again. I booked a 1 week rental and when I arrived to pick up I was told that I needed a credit card. That was the first question I ask when booking and was told that my Visa debit card was good to use for the rental. I was told that not at this branch, but this was the location I called to book the car. So I spent cab fare to get there and cab fair to return home. I would not recommend this branch to anyone let alone recommend this company to anyone. If there was a zero star rating I would give them 10
