We booked a rental car online the night before, and the entire booking process was completed, including payment. However, the next morning, while we were already on our way to pick up the car, we received a phone call informing us that the vehicle was unavailable due to an issue with their website. Somehow, after contacting several different branches, we finally managed to get a car, but it was almost two hours after our scheduled pickup time. We wasted nearly two hours dealing with this issue, and in the end, we were given a much larger vehicle than expected, which had significantly higher fuel consumption. When we returned, we also contacted them to arrange an early drop-off before our scheduled return time, but that process was problematic as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The entire process was poorly managed, communication was unprofessional, and the level of service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this rental company based on our experience.

Great service. Fast service. First, they phoned me to say that my SUV would probably be in later in the day or I could just take a minivan right now. I took the van. They picked me up. They signed me up in minutes. (I already have an account with the Enterprise app for points so that made it easier). I was in the vehicle in minutes and ready to go. The Chrysler Pacifica performed well with great gas mileage (I calculated at 8.5 L/100km or 33mpg) Upon return, I literally got back to the city with minutes to spare before they closed for the weekend. They checked the vehicle, finalized the bill quickly, and I was out of there.

The rental agents do well in there job explaining everything. Catch is the vehicles being new suck. The large display to do anything sidetracks your attention plus annoying alerts makes driving a nightmare. New vehicles are not whst people want where have the knobs gone for control of the vehicles.

They threat to get their car back even if it is paid for by your insurance company. They proclaimed themself as owners and do not care about reputation of the brand they are represent. Your money is well spent somewhere else. Stay away from these crooks.
