  I had a great experience at the Enterprise Car Rental Edmonton West location. Their rates were very reasonable, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this location!

  Really have to commend everyone at this location. I lost my car during the floods and had to get a rental car for almost a month. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. They all went out of their way to help out with anything necessary, including dealing with my insurance company on my behalf. Truly made my experience easy and pleasurable. 100/10!!

  I recently rented a car from this location and I had a great experience. Customer service was fantastic and all the staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you Raj and to all the other wonderful staff of this location.

  My company needed to rent a cube van, the 16ft was what we needed. We received an email none of those were available. Enterprise had sold them all as the market was hot after recent flooding. They were not removed but still being advertised as active rentals on there website which to me was false advertising. Next was an issue of payment. Despite a large bill for a rental over several weeks enterprise refused to accept a P.O or anything other than a visa that matched the info of the designated driver. When other options were discussed they were all dismissed as "there was nothing that enterprise would do about it" which translated to our employee putting up a PERSONAL card for a large COMPANY payment. Third issue was the vehicle itself, a 20ft delivery van with zero shocks, an engine oil filter that needed replacing, an incredibly heavy and stubborn folding ramp that was a serious struggle every time it was deployed!! To top it all off an exceedingly uncomfortable driving experience with awkward seat and steering wheel placement, a seat belt that dug into both hip and neck like it was out to kill, and ridiculously difficult access to drivers area with the front tire in the direct path of the door. I personally will do everything I can to AVOID EVER using this company again. Rant over. Seriously awful experience from start to finish.

  Friendly service,accommodated my needs after having no ride,worked well with my insurance and was very empathetic on my situation.didnt have to wait long.Great communication through out my rental answered all my concerns,and checked time to time making sure I was satisfied.prices were very competitive on other rental places.
