  Очень дружелюбные ребята! Всё сделали быстро и профессионально. Когда мы приехали к ним и сдали машину, то один из парней отвёз нас на машине в то место, куда нам нужно было, чтоб мы не мучались с общественным транспортом. Было очень приятно 🙂

  I booked a car for 3 days, just returned today. Talking about car it was excellent ride throughout 3 days comfortable and smooth. Customer service is even better than whatever the rating suggests it should be 5 out 5, the all the employees welcoming the customers giving all the efforts to make customers feel valued their time.   I don’t know about the quality of the rental cars — maybe the cars themselves are good — but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I wasted my time and money on a taxi while being in a very difficult situation alone with two children. They pushed me to the point of a breakdown. I now have to go to emergency because I’m feeling extremely unwell because of all this stress. They simply didn’t have the time or consideration to call me back and let me know that there was no car available.

  I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise Car & Truck Rental. I rented a 2026 Ford Transit for a community project, and the vehicle was in perfect condition—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Bella provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I’ll definitely be returning for future rentals. I strongly recommend this place.

  Bad experience: used enterprise rentals many times for work trips, usually work books through the corporate account for me but I had to book last-minute myself as the ladies were away from office. I did a booking before myself without a credit card using the same docs/paystubs and was approved, yet this time they (the apparent managers at 102ave Jared & Brett) gave me a hard time not accepting my paystubs as it's supposed to have my address on it (and it doesn't for some annoying reason?), yet they are official paystubs and I showed them my most recent T4 that has my address they said they couldn't use for approval. They saw me access all this through Dayforce and my paystub has my full name however lacks my address on it that's the same as it's always been and is same as all my other recent utility bills, drivers license, docs I provide, and all my many previous bookings with them. Another doc they'd accept is an insurance policy or pink slip which I didn't have to provide at that time. ..suppose one NEEDS a credit card nowadays ..weird they accepted my paystub that doesn't have my address on it before without issues but I guess it depends on who your dealing with there and if they want to give you a hard time or not - Jared & Brett at 102ave location 😒 If a person's official paystub doesn't include an address, which happens, then accept another doc in lieu (like recent T4). Using Enterprise many times, after this unreasonable debacle I will certainly go ahead with another Rent-A-Car service for future work trips. Good job giving a repeat customer a hard time guys 👍
