  My online booking, vehicle pick up and drop off were very professional and efficient. Customer service personnel were also very polite. I would recommend using Enterprise for any vehicle rental.

  This was so far the best car rental experience I’ve had. Everything was well explained except where the volume control was in the Chevy Trax. They explain all the extra things you can pay for and explain them correctly and answer your questions, I’ve rented cars before and felt like they’re trying to scam me into paying more money which they likely were, they seemed overall pretty transparent. I would rent here again.

  had a great experience with this rental car company. I rented a Nissan Rogue from them for about a month after my collision, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was great, clean, comfortable, and reliable. The pickup and drop-off processes were both quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful and professional throughout. Whenever I had any questions and called, they were always happy to help and took the time to answer everything clearly. I really appreciated how easy and convenient they made the whole rental process during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience!

  Their online system let's you make a reservation and confirms it as if they have availability even when they don't. They called the day before the reservation to inform us they couldn't honor the reservation but we're vague in the message what about it they couldn't honor. They were already closed for the day at 3pm on a Saturday so we couldn't get ahold of of them to find out what part of it couldn't be honored. Went in, in person on Sunday since it was close to where we were staying and was informed that they had absolutely no cars available, despite us having a confirmed reservation. Obviously it was too late too late to find alternate arrangements, but that's obviously our problem to deal with.

  My husband and I went to pick up our car that was confirmed for pick up, but when we got there we were informed that there was no car available for us. We were shocked as we were relying on the rental to get to the airport, as we were from out of town. Never again will we rent from Enterprise!!! What kind of company does that!!?? We even got a confirmation number sent to our email!!! And please stop telling me that you left a voicemail for me on the 15th. My phone doesn't have a record of that. This is very poor business. I will report to the better business bureau. To follow up, I called the office the next day to ask, how and what happened.. how could they treat two seniors in such an appalling way, and do you know what the man on the the phone said? He said that their system isn't perfect! Lol I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. After looking at our alternate transport bills I cried.
