  Very disappointing experience with the Enterprise West End location and the way the situation was handled by the manager, Jared, who identified himself to me as the West End manager. My original reservation was booked through Costco Travel for the South Edmonton location, but after Enterprise told me they had no cars available, my reservation was moved to the West End location. I was told there were vehicles available there, so I drove across the city. While on my way, I called the West End location directly and was told they also had no cars available. The next day, Jared contacted me and asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I asked what Enterprise was going to do about the fact that they wasted my time, gas, money, and ruined my family’s plans, I was told there was nothing they could do except reschedule. Jared also told me that reservations made online through Costco, Expedia, or even Enterprise itself are not guaranteed if booked within 24 hours. When I asked where that policy is clearly stated on the website, no clear explanation was provided. I found the manager’s attitude very dismissive. Instead of taking accountability or offering any meaningful solution, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. I had non-refundable plans in Calgary, and Enterprise’s handling of this situation caused real inconvenience and financial loss. A confirmed reservation should mean something. This was a very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend relying on this location if your trip depends on actually having a vehicle available.

  Great customer service! I came in with my two children and Tim was very kind and quick with checking me in.He answered all of my questions and helped me settle into the vehicle i have never driven before. I will definitely be renting from them again. Thank you Enterprise!

  I rented a car through insurance for approximately one month. They were quick to get me into my rental and they were quick in processing the return. They billed the insurance company for everything. Customer service was swift, yet courteous.

  Jarret and all the staff from Edmonton West branch are so amazing. They always asked politely about customers needs and I would say this branch is high recommended. Thank you for your help guys 😊
