  Three times I've rented a vehicle from this location and three times I've left completely dissatisfied. First time I rented from this location I told them what I needed and they said the Chevy spark would do the trick only for me to get stuck multiple times in the snow and having to call a tow truck each time to get unstuck. The Enterprise we pick you up. I tried to use that the second time and they dropped me off at a bus stop and told me to figure out how I was getting home. This third time was a result of a serious accident. They communicated more with my insurance company than they did with me. My insurance company decided they no longer wanted to cover the rental while still charging me insurance for a vehicle that was not drivable and this location did not reach out to me after being told there was communication issues between me and the adjuster until after my security deposit was used up. I was never given the opportunity to return to vehicle before incurring any expense. I was told they needed another deposit only to go to another branch of Enterprise and be told something completely different.

  I rent lots change plans lots book last minute and these folks always make it happen . I actually stumbled to this location when my reservation was canceled and fyi it qas cancelled when I walked in due to lack of cars and left me in a pinch This location made it happen and got me rolling right away and they've been my go to since Why - Always polite on the ball staff who really "get it" These guys have always been top notch service no doubt they are customer service winners.

  Had great experience. Booked the night before and 8am got the car. Wanted a VW Taos and Ryan was able to accommodate my request. Car was clean and ready to go. He even noticed a rock chip I missed on pre inspection. Dropped off no problem. Will rent from here again 🏎️🏎️🏎️
