  I really had a great experience with Enterprise rent-a car. Staffs were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They guided me through the process and answered questions very politely and patiently. Thank you Tarun Chawla, Yonus Shaik, Aaliya Desai and Mijin James for your wonderful service and support. I am glad I picked this location to rent the car and in future, I will definitely come back here and refer my friends to rent the vehicle from here. All the best wishes.

  Thanks to team at this location. I made an online reservation almost 24 hrs prior to pick up time. On the morning of pick up day, I get called and left a voicemail by one of their team members that they do not have anything available and they will see if they can get a rental from any other location. Hearing that, I was disappointed as I had made my other bookings for the trip, so I decided to call them, one of their team members picked up the call and looked into this and got me the exact model that I booked online. He apologized for the confusion regarding the reservation and will make sure everything is ready to go when I am there. Guess what? They had everything ready for me for the pick up time. Both members that helped for pick up and return were amazing. Will be definitely considering them for any future rental services.

  I had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Edmonton North (Yellowhead Trail) location. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Kunal Patel and Ray Crichton for going above and beyond. They made the entire rental process quick, seamless, and completely stress-free. I was heading out on an important business trip to Red Deer, and they had my rental—an Audi—clean, fueled, and ready to go without any delays. What really impressed me wasn’t just the vehicle itself, but the way I was treated. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another reservation. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made a lasting impression. The Audi was in immaculate condition, drove beautifully, and made my trip comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear this branch takes pride in both the quality of its fleet and the experience it provides. If this review reaches upper management, I hope Kunal and Ray receive the recognition they deserve. They represent the Enterprise brand exceptionally well and are exactly the kind of employees who keep customers coming back. Thank you again for making my business trip start off on the right foot. I’ll gladly choose this Enterprise location again and will recommend the Edmonton North branch to anyone looking for first-class service.

  Our family was going on vacation to the sunny fun place of British Columbia. I called another rental company for a 7 seater SUV. They were no help and would not search locations for a solution. I called Enterprise Edmonton Yellowhead location, and they immediately had what we needed with absolutely no issue. Always friendly and professional. Our family was extatic with the wagoneer. Fun in the sun was had, and it was most awesome vacation. THANK YOU Enterprise.

  I had an appointment out of town. I booked a vehicle on a short notice. They found me a vehicle. I asked the customer service representative I talked to that they can give me a ride. She said yes. She have my address and that's the time where they're supposed to picking me up I tried to call to confirm that location on 156th Street and 109 Avenue. They said they won't be picking me up because I am more than 20 minutes away and I am 8 km away from there 10 minutes drive. They refuse to pick me up and they still give me hard time. I will never go back to the same location. I hate those guys I can't believe they didn't tell me that they won't be picking me up. I took two taxis. It cost me $50 to go there and come back instead of actually doing a good customer service and picking me up from home. Unbelievable! If I can give them no stars I would but that's too bad
