- SVSarah VanAug 18, 20265.0The staff were friendly, patient and quick. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a staff member taking the time to explain a contract an older gentleman had questions about. He wanted a printed copy of his contract. Rather than get frustrated, he patiently explained the details and solved the problem. It made me feel really good about trusting Enterprise with my business. Then another member finished with a client and asked me which vehicle I would like to choose. He took me around the parking lot and walked me through the benefits of all of them. I chose my SUV and after a quick run through of the trunk, gas and other details, we were done. I had the keys and signed the contract. It was so fast! The vehicle ran very well and I felt safe driving into the mountains with a reliable mode of transportation. The return was really simple, I filled up the tank and tried to wash some of the bugs I had smashed on the grill like trophies from my trip. I was so impressed by the service and I will definitely be back if I have to do any long distance driving.
