  Love renting from enterprise. Everyone is so helpful and make the process so much easier. The Guy who helped us Saif was amazing and very knowledgeable. Will definitely rent from you guys in the future.

  Rude more then happy to deny access to a vehicle rental after attempting to secure two separate security deposits I stormed out and wondered what happened to Enterprise plus had to wait 3 days to be refunded back to my credit card.

  Short wait time for service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rental was very clean and well maintained. They made sure I had a comparable vehicle to my own. Nice bonus was the shuttle service to and from the body shop where my vehicle was in for repairs. Highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs.

  negative stars if possible, absolutely dreadful to deal with, not one person has a single ides what the are doing. would rather you do there job for them then actually service customers. worst experience of my life renting a vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Upsetting, time wasting joke of a company. Enterprise is an approx $100bn company but still has a system that wastes consumers time. Called and booked a vehicle, agent confirmed everything was good. All I had to do was pick it up. Prepared kids and the family and drove to the branch. When arrived, I was then told they had no vehicles available. What an absolute waste of time and inconvenience for the family. A company worth so much doesn’t even have a live/up to date inventory count at a branch and allows agents to book vehicles for people when there may or may not be a vehicle to rent when visit a branch. They also said they left a message with an update saying no vehicles were available. I received NO message or voicemail. In addition to this, I also asked if they can check another branch for available vehicles and agents response is that they are not able to check and find this info out and that I would need to call each branch! How is it possible that a centralized system with shared and live data doesn’t exist for a $100bn company! I’ve used enterprise in the past for insurance and business rentals but they’ve lost a customer after this experience. Very upsetting and a huge waste of time for people. Please seek alternative rental companies.
