  Booked a vehicle for 12:00pm today, when I went into the building to get the keys and pay for the rental I was informed they gave our vehicle away…??? Even though I have a confirmation email along with pick up/drop off times. I am currently waiting for customer service to get back to me as I had called them feeling quite frustrated at how I have a reservation, yet, they somehow gave away my rental..?? The lady behind the counter said that there was a 24 hour window on which they have the ability to do as such which is not disclaimed anywhere on my booking nor my confirmation. I sincerely hope Shawn from customer service can get this sorted for me as this is the most ridiculous experience I have been through with a rental company. We have always had a great experience renting through enterprise, although, this is the first time we have rented through this location and I am appalled with what they consider ‘customer service’ What is the point in reserving a vehicle if they are just going to decide to give it away ?

  I booked a full-size car through Costco Travel for pickup at the South Edmonton 97th Street location on July 5 at 9:00 AM. The reservation was confirmed, and I had already made non-refundable plans in Calgary based on having that vehicle available. The next morning, Enterprise told me the car was not available and that they had no vehicles at that location. They then moved my reservation to the West End location, telling me there were cars available there. While I was driving across the city to the West End location, I called them directly, only to be told they also had no cars available. So customer service moved my reservation without actually confirming inventory. I called Enterprise customer service to resolve the issue, but they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Even after I explained that I had non-refundable reservations and that this ruined my family’s trip, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. The next day, the West End manager asked if I wanted to reschedule. When I asked what Enterprise was going to do about wasting my time, gas, money, and ruining my plans, I was told there was nothing they could offer except rescheduling. He also stated that reservations made online, whether through Costco, Expedia, or Enterprise itself, are not guaranteed if made within 24 hours. When I asked where that policy is clearly stated on the website, no one was able to show me or explain it. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Enterprise failed to provide the vehicle, sent me across the city for no reason, gave me incorrect information, and then refused to take any accountability. I would not recommend relying on Enterprise if your trip depends on actually having a vehicle available.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked a car online after mine broke down, spent $60 to uber to the location as I RECEIVED confirmation of my booking. When I arrive they tell me they have no vehicles at not only that location, but none in the city. They then proceed to lie to me telling me they called me and left me a voicemail. I have no missed calls, no voicemails. Absolutely appalled by the service. The only reason you get one star is because I couldn’t select zero. Do better.

  Trash rental. I made my reservation and they did allow me pick up the car because of no available. Why online says is still available?

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. A special thank you to Liam, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He answered all of our questions and made the rental experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Highly recommend
