Poor communication and they just blame the call centre for everything. Try another rental company cause this place is not it They want you to spend 15,000$ a year or you can’t book with your company. That’s absurd.

They told my insurance they had a vehicle available for me in my case, a truck but when I showed up, they didn’t have it. Instead, they tried to upsell me into something else that wasn’t what I needed and cost more. It felt misleading and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place. This is my 4th experience with them and all have been terrible l.
