- NGNathan GrahamOct 4, 20265.0I recently rented a van from this location and dealt with Sujay Sendani. I needed a van because my vehicle had been in a car accident. He inquired whether this was an insurance issue and took care of sending all the necessary documents to the insurance company. The process was very efficient, and I really appreciated his extra effort. Would highly recommend this location.
- JTJason TaiteOct 1, 20265.0Great service. Very friendly staff. A shuttle is available for short distances which was my original attraction.
- UCUchechi ChristySep 28, 20265.0Needed a vehicle for work. Excellent service from this location. Joshua was the staff who helped and he was 100% - friendliness, professionalism and service. I was in and out quickly, got an upgrade without even knowing that I got one, drop off inspection was quick as well. I had gotten the car with gas at 13/16. Couldn’t have returned it at the same level even if I tried so I just returned it full. He processed a gas refund back to my card (something I didn’t know was possible) without any prompt. Even asked for feedback at the end for anything he could do better Service doesn’t get much better than this. This will be my go to rental branch always
- AMAmanda MungalSep 28, 20265.0I recently rented from here and had an excellent experience. The staff were clearly busy with a full office of clients. However (Jason?) who assisted me was great. I was running late for the airport (part of why I didn’t fully catch his name) he helped expedite my returning of the vehicle and got me a ride to the airport. Thank you.
- LSLovepreet SidhuSep 16, 20261.0If there would have been an option, i would have given 0 star in review. Last Sunday, i booked a car online at enterprise website for this location, and i have also received an email confirmation about this booking. But when i went to this rental location to pick up the car key, they said that no car is available right now. One thing, i don’t understand that if car was not available then why did they sent me an email confirmation. I end up spending $ 60 on uber for nothing, because i took uber to reach at this location, then i also have to take uber for returning to my residence. I am going to reach to their customer service about this
