  Just got off the phone with Yonus, he helped me so much today he was the only one who helped me from the whole branch at 50th st everyone else told me to go call around for other places but he was the only one who offered to go above and beyond, super huge shout out to him!

  Horrible!!!! I booked for a luxury car, they tried giving me a piece of crap Camry..... Do better. A phone call prior to pick up would have been nice. Customer service in the north side sucks.

  My son got his first rental recently. First of all he had to wait 3 days to get a vehicle. Then the vehicle he got has dog hair all over the seats, muddy dog prints on the console, it reeks of smoke and it had less than 1/2 tank of gas when he got it. I thought my similar experience from enterprise last year may have been due to short staff at that time but I guess this is a recurring theme for them? To hell with customer service and cleanliness? Gone are the days when businesses cared.

  Very friendly staff with a willingness to help! The vehicle we were given was in great condition and a very smooth ride with all the extras!
