Had an excellent experience renting from this enterprise. I needed a few different rentals over the summer and Rav, Nihar, and Josh were always friendly and accommodating, ready to help me find a vehicle suitable for my needs. This location is amazing. They really value their customers and treat them well.

I genuinely feel like I need to thank the entire team at Enterprise on 104 St for consistently providing such top-notch customer service! I’ve been renting from this location for over two years, and throughout that entire time, I have never once had a bad experience. Whether it was switching in and out of vehicles, extending rentals, or simply needing help along the way, the team always made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. A very special shoutout to Rav, who has truly gone above and beyond in looking after me throughout my renting experience. His kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help have made such a difference. What could have easily been a stressful process was always handled with care, and I genuinely felt looked after rather than just treated like another customer. It’s actually a little emotional to be wrapping up my time as a regular renter after more than two years! But one thing is certain — if I ever need to rent a vehicle again in the future, there is absolutely no question where I’ll be going. **Enterprise on 104 St, every single time, without hesitation.** Thank you, Rav, and the entire team, for two+ years of exceptional service. You’ve earned a very loyal customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Scammers never going back. Got rental car threw insurance.. Brought it back and they charged my 24 year old daughter 500.00 deductible. Then they sent her a bill for another 4800.00. Hail damage. Our insurance put a stop payment on credit card saying had no right. Heard of this kind of scam before never happened to me. Thinking independently owned. I would go somewhere else.
