Not a great experience with Bestway Tires. We contacted them beforehand about getting two front tires installed on our Isuzu truck, with balancing and wheel alignment included. We were quoted roughly $719. The tires were installed, but we were only informed afterward that they couldn’t complete the alignment. This should have been mentioned before we brought the truck in. It resulted in waste of time.

Very disappointing experience. I called beforehand and clearly confirmed tire installation, balancing, and wheel alignment. After the tires were installed, I was told they couldn’t do the alignment. This should have been communicated before I brought the truck in. Wasted our time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Poor communication and customer service.

Very disappointing experience with Bestway Tires. I called beforehand and spoke with a sales representative named Muhammad about getting two front tires installed on our Isuzu truck, including balancing and wheel alignment. I was quoted around $719 for everything. I sent my guys with the truck, and after the tires were installed, we were told that they could not do the alignment because they didn’t have the capacity/service available. If alignment was not available, this should have been clearly communicated before we brought the truck in. We could have gone somewhere else and saved our time and effort. The way this was handled was very unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better communication and transparency from a tire shop.

Amazing service! They got me in for my flat tire in about 5 minutes while other shops were quoting me 1–3 hours. Vince was super friendly and nice. First time here, but I’ll definitely be coming back for anything tire-related!
