If I could give negative stars, I would.
I had a very frustrating experience with AMA Manning, and unfortunately this did not happen just once — it happened to me twice. On both occasions, we were instructed to provide specific information and documentation. After taking the time, effort, and money to comply with all the requirements, we later returned only to be told that the procedure had changed or that the information previously provided to us was incorrect.
The inconsistent communication caused unnecessary delays, confusion, inconvenience, and additional expenses. Customers depend on accurate and reliable guidance, especially when dealing with important matters, and unfortunately that was not our experience at all!!!!
I sincerely hope AMA Manning improves its internal communication and ensures staff provide clear, consistent, and accurate information to customers moving forward.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!

We have been AMA members for over 50 years and have over the last three years experienced a noticeable drop in membership service regarding contact timeliness. Whether it is a question regarding current auto or home insurance I have been placed on an interminably long hold, listening to annoying elevator music, interrupted occasionally with a message, "due to unprecedented call volumes," the same excuse is forwarded. Let's be reasonable...three years of unprecedented call volumes is a bit of a stretch. If in fact this were the case perhaps hiring more call operators would be beneficial. At our age time is the most valuable commodity not to be wasted on lengthy holds testing our patience a d questioning the actual benefits and value of our membership.
Very disappointing

I am already an AMA member, and I had booked an appointment for auto insurance over the phone a week prior to the appointment date. Appt was for 1pm, was emailed by the associate at 1:12 saying she was running behind, then did not hear back from her until 3:42 when she emailed me saying a different associate could contact me the following day. I reached out a couple times between 1&5pm for updates and confirmation which was never received. I called the following day to speak with the associate she had mentioned in the email, he had no idea and typically doesn’t do over the phone appointments. I told the receptionist about the previous day and she spoke with the second associate and said he would call me that day. Never received the call. Unprofessional & rude.
