Was on the phone for over an hour and never got to speak to anybody. I had a hard time navigating their website couldn’t even get in there to pay my insurance. Their rates are good. I just wish their phone service was a little better.

Came here a couple of years ago for my driver’s test and I can’t express what an irritating and awful experience it was. Firstly, when I approached the counter and mentioned doing my driving exam there, I asked if they had AMA rental cars (in contrast, their driving school was AMAZING). The old lady at the counter said they didn’t, only at some other location I can’t remember, and I said okay. While booking the driver’s test, she then repeated to me 2 more times, out of nowhere, that they didn’t have AMA cars you could use. Okay, I get it. I heard you the first time? And when I said that, she gave me a weird look.
Secondly, when the driver’s test was booked in the morning, I came in and the examiner messed up his own schedule with AMA or something and I couldn’t even do it. I took off that time from work in the morning for no reason, thanks to their incompetence and it had to be booked on a completely different day.
Finally, when the day came for the driver’s examination, it was miserable. I’m tired of hearing the age old excuse of “oh, the examiner’s are independent contractors, they don’t work for us—“ well, they work there with you and perform the driver’s test at your facility, so that doesn’t really mean anything, does it? Have you tried choosing more competent and kind examiners without communication issues? The language barrier was also a problem and the examiner only decided where he wanted the car driven to at the very last minute, especially for turns. Seems like he had no idea what he was doing or what he wanted. It was awful.
In any case, I started going to a local registry and had a fantastic experience with not just the registry, and the examination booking, but also the driver’s test itself. I haven’t come back to this sorry excuse of a place since.

I had a challenging task with transfering and changing a policy on one of our vehicles as well as renewing our Home Insurance.
Annissa at the West Edmonton location was an absolute Gem. She took the time to confirm that we had the coverage we need, while ensuring we were getting the best rates available.
I can't thank you enough for making this process so easy for us :)
