  Missed my payment. Called the next day am told wait 5 days. 5 days later I am told no more policy, no chance to pay and go somewhere else. I gladly will take my business elsewhere thanks.

  5 stars for Shanelle! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Went in with my two kids thinking we'd be there a long time to get them passport photos. Shanelle helped us so efficiently, with kindness and friendliness. She made the experience for my kids much easier thank you!

  My partner and I had an excellent experience at AMA in Edmonton, particularly with Reemon Yousif. Reemon was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire insurance process. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly, never made us feel rushed, and made everything easy to understand. Beyond his expertise, Reemon was simply a pleasure to deal with—professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right insurance for our needs. Great customer service can make a huge difference when dealing with insurance, and Reemon absolutely delivered. We also want to give a shout-out to Lars in Registrations. He was very helpful, made the process quick and easy, and had a great sense of humour—which is always appreciated when you’re dealing with paperwork! Reemon and Lars made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. We would highly recommend this AMA location, and especially Reemon for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy insurance agent. Thanks again to both of you for the fantastic service!

  I have been a member for many years now. I have paid hundreds of dollars to have the comfort and peace of mind. Yesterday was the first time I needed the assistance and boy was I disappointed!!!! I blew a tire on the highway and I managed to pull myself off the highway onto a range road. I figured it was safer than staying on the highway. I called onstar and talked with an agent. They contacted AMA. to fast forward my creepy and worrisome experience, i was told just shortly past an hour to wait. This wait turned into 4.5 hours and when they were finally contact by onstar ( I tried to talk to an live agent with no luck) They were told that it would take another 2 hours at the least!!!! I'm so disappointed with AMA. The reason why we bought this service is so we would get peace of mind while my husband was out of town working, I also have allergies to dust and such. So I stayed in the car waiting. I then decided to get out and do my tire myself. While starting to remove the tire, a couple stopped by to help me. They are the ones that get my applaud NOT AMA!! It took 10 mins...that's it, from start to finish. This experience was terrible and I will be considering about another roadside assistance company at this point. Also...I was asked a few times if I was on the highway...does it make a difference staying on the highway for wait time and if so, then that's insane. Yes I understand that there are priority calls but being a woman alone reaching dark hours is scary and that in itself should be a consideration but unfortunately it was not!!!!
