Amil Invictus arrived at the house to replace the dead battery in my car. He boosted my car, assessed the situation, retrieved the battery, and installed it completely along with showing me step by step what had been done for the installation process. The installation and assessment of the situation was completed in a timely, professional manner. Saved me time by not having to source a new battery myself. Pleased with AMA and Amil.

On Friday afternoon on July 3, third
I went to the AMA location on 10310 G.A. MacDonald , just off Calgary Trail.
I got there at 5 pm. Knowing They close at 6 pm.
I was there to renew my driver's license.
But it was very busy , because a lot of other members had the same idea.
Getting their new driver's license and Alberta health care card / plus I was told the system was down for a couple of days.
So understandable why the line was so long.
The agent I had was fantastic and provided me with excellent customer service.
But my problem is when it was time to leave . The front doors were closed and locked. I was told that I would have next from the back door and walk around the building to the front door .
And was told they can't open the front doors.
I DISABLED !!!
and on a walker , Because of a major surgery.
My car was pared just outside the front doors in the handicap parking.
SAD !!!
On my journey to the front door .
I tried to use the sidewalk.
But they AMA Management have chosen to place car recharging stations in the middle of the sidewalk with power cords running across the sidewalk to the vehicles.
This made me take an alternate route.
Cross the grass that's saturated with rain water. I made it to my car with muddy and grass covered shoes and walker wheels.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
Come On AMA Management
DO BETTER !!! PLEASE 🙏
what would have happened if I fell or another member ?
Lifetime member But a DISAPPOINTED
Member.

I waited for an hour in line. Only to get yelled at for mixing up my documents. I have never been to AMA by myself before as I am freshly 16. This was not a good experience and the atmosphere in the building was extremely harsh and anxiety inducing. I feel as though they treated me poorly due to me being young and a woman. Wasted on hour of my very busy schedule for this traumatic event.

I just did my 1st AMA member shredding event. Appointment booked well in advance, with reminder coming a few days before, for the annual event. Exceptionally well organized from the email giving details on which entrance at the mall to line up at, to the well arranged lanes and staff directing to the trucks where staff took boxes from the trunk and dumping into the bins. I never got out of the car. Good job! Especially in the pouring rain.

I recently visited this AMA office to obtain an International Driving Permit. Unfortunately, my date of birth was printed incorrectly. My correct birth date is the 31st, but the permit was issued showing the 21st.
Thankfully, I checked the document immediately after leaving the counter and returned to have it corrected. If I had not noticed the error until arriving overseas, it could have caused serious problems when renting a vehicle or using the permit.
I spoke with the assistant manager to explain my concerns. My main concern is that many customers, especially seniors or first-time travelers, may trust that the document is correct and not think to verify every detail before leaving.
I appreciate that the mistake was corrected promptly, but I encourage the office to strengthen its quality-control process before documents are handed to customers. I also encourage every customer to carefully check their name, date of birth, passport information, and other personal details before leaving the counter.
