- DDDavid Diaz5 days ago1.0Abigail Walker displayed the lowest quality of customer service I’ve experienced in the industry. Ignored calls, texts, emails, etc. I wouldn’t suggest choosing her if you value your time.

- RSRobert SteierSep 23, 20265.0Our trip to Banff from Edmonton made it past Leduc. The engine on our new truck died. Pulling a RV on the side of the highway. Not pleasant. AMA was great. Two trucks arrived within the hour. Took the truck to the dealership and delivered the RV right to our home. So worth having the premium RV membership Thank you AMA.
- ITIvan TevesSep 21, 20261.0So I visited this AMA location probably 3 times this year to get my international drivers license, for photos and renewal of my drives license and all was positive experience but today the lady by the door very condescending. We came in to renew the vehicle registration (not knowing they have a new system to sign in first in their iPad); as we enter and pass the counter to proceed to the registration counter ( which we normally do when we visited last few months when we did the international drivers license, photos and renewal of drivers licenses), this lady say to us in a loud tone “Can I help you?” which we respond; we are just here to renew the car registration and she responded in a bad tone “ You have to sign in first” which we did comply and say that this might be a new thing which she responded in a very condescending tone “ That’s why there is a BIG sign there”! I am sorry. We are not in kindergarten. A big sign there? Excuse me. We are a repeat costumer here and we welcome this changes and new system to register on the iPad at front but this lady at the front needs to be nicer and don’t treat us like kids. A big sign there? Maybe another wording that is more appropriate, welcoming and probably watch your tone.
- OROliver RossierSep 16, 20262.0I’m not sure what is happening with AMA… it used to be a great one stop shop, focused on service and support for drivers in all the areas (insurance, registration, travel) Now I think the organization is becoming less and less service oriented. New management style? Double the wait for service, double entry/work for the clients? Seems sad to me, hard to see how people are going to stick with AMA

Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
