  What a horrible experience! Paid for the classes (the most expensive package), was able to take some, my instructor left half way through, tried to register with a new one only to find out that for Edmonton SE only one instructor available! Only one! Who is completely booked! Called numerous times, emailed numerous times. Nothing. Customer service is horrible, do absolutely nothing! Not willing to help. Requested refund since it is company's fault for not providing me with the instructor, ofcause they don't refund! Asked to talk to supervisor to find the solution, neither phone representative nor email representative will contact me to the supervisor. What they suggested that I should schedule with a driving instructor from another city and get to location and back by myself!!!!! This is unbelievable!

  Instructor was great explaining how to do drive unfortunately he doesn't answer texts or phone calls. I finished my written exam in Feb and then waited a month to book my lessons. I was told they were booking into late april and early may. Fine book me in. I got my schedule March 13th for May. I HAD 4 LESONS BOOKED. when I texted him back twice and tried calling to see if I could get more lessons for may and to book me into June .I recieved no answer until the night before my first lesson May 8th. He told me we would look at the schedule and see what he could do. When I arrived for my first lesson he was 20 mins late( I tried texting and phoning - he responded after 15 mins saying he would be there shortly,) not a good first impression- then when I asked about more lessons - showing him the texts I sent he told me he's booking into AUGUST. I called AMA to let them know what as going on and was told a supervisor would call me back( that was SATURDAY MAY 09TH). when no one called me back by THURSDAY MAY 14th I called back again. I was told supervisor "Ali" was aware and would contact me ' hopefully that day. We'll its Friday May 15th and I called again but "supervisor Ali" was of course on another line and would call me back. I said I could stay on hold but was told I cant be tying up their phone lines. They were quick to take my money $1600 for the ultimate package but not helpful in finding a solution. Im not from Edmonton- i just wanna get my lessons in ( a timely manner) and then go back to my hometown. UPDATE: after writing this review Ama reached out and I spoke with "ALI" who assured me both on telephone and email that she would get back to me( I am out of the office on Tuesday but will check in with you no later than Wednesday, May 20, if not before.- her words from email. ) GUESS WHAT!!! SURPRISE ITS THURSDAY MAY 21ST 3:40 PM AND NO RESPONSE! GREAT SERVICE- AGAIN QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT LEAVE YOU HANGING. ITS JUNE 9TH AND STILL NO RESPONSE - BUT DONT WORRY ALI WILL GIVE YOU HER PERSONEL CELL NUMBER TO CALL/TEXT HER SO YOU CAN FIQURE OUT THAT LAST APPOINTMENT- SHE JUST WONT RESPOND TO YOU. 🤬🤬

  Driving with AMA honestly made me way more confident behind the wheel. Mr. Haseeb Rasheed was the best driving instructor I could’ve asked for. He didn’t just help me improve, he also gave me a bunch of driving tips that actually made a big difference. It might seem like just part of his job, but those tips really helped me feel more in control and comfortable while driving. Because of him, I feel a lot more confident handling a car now. Thank you, Mr. Haseeb Rasheed, for being my instructor.

  Such a great experience with the in class and in vehicle lessons. Learned a lot from both and looking forward to getting on the road.
