Driving School
AMA Driver Education is a driving school located at 5040 Manning Dr NW in Edmonton, AB. We offer fully certified in-class, virtual and online courses, as well as in-vehicle driving lessons. - JSJill SpearingJul 21, 20261.0Honestly the entire process of setting up driving lessons for my teenage son was a nightmare. We purchased the lessons in December so that he could learn how to drive in the snow and ice and he didn't actually finish the TEN lessons we purchased for him (20 hours) until earlier this month in JULY. The first driving instructor while lovely had a habit of cancelling the lessons the day before or day of because he was having issues with his car and registration. After 5 cancelled lessons we asked to be switched to a different driver. The second driving instructor was constantly late and rude and belligerent. Accusing my son of being an unsafe driver and rude but could not actually give me any specifics other then repeating that "he's allowed to stop the lesson whenever he wants if he thinks its unsafe" which honestly was a little suspect when he tried to cancel that days lesson earlier in the day and reschedule but we were unable to. Then it took nearly two weeks to talk to a supervisor and I had to call over and over for someone to actually talk about the situation with me... The last driving instructor was amazing but apparently is a senior instructor and doesn't teach on the regular. Honestly overpriced for what you get go elsewhere.
