Failed with a driveway tire patch (those things are junk) so I took it into these guys. They were great. They took my truck in right away and got a proper patch on it. Cherry on top was my spare was remounted underneath instead of just chucked back in the bed.

Tried to explain that when they had my truck fully cranked it was pulling the plastic part of my bumper down and they blamed it on me for having bigger tires but not the fact that the rubbing was loud and beyond obvious and refused to take responsibility

The team at Fountain Tire in Cold Lake Alberta is exceptional. If feeling like family is important to you this is the place to come for all your vehicle needs. Every step of my interactions with the team was incredible. Mathew went above and beyond to help us with getting new tires, a windshield and out of province inspection. He did everything in his power to make sure everything went smoothly. Jayme and Mike were able to get me from A to B and they both made me feel like I was spending time with friends. To say they went out of their way to support me, and my family is an understatement and thank you doesn’t cover it! I would highly recommend Mathew and his team without question.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
