  Had a scheduled rental booked 6 weeks in advance and the rental location phoned me at 10 min before pickup to let me know they don’t have my SUV. Complete garbage location, stay far away from Cold Lake Enterprise.

  Excellent service from both Edmonton and cold lake enterprise car rentals locations. The staff were very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend either locations to my family and friends.

  Can’t thank Amr and the crew enough. Been a smooth, professional and enjoyable experience each time I’ve been to this location. Amr has been amazing and has a talent for grounding and simplifying things if they become complicated. Can’t say enough good stuff about this location and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in cold lake. Cheers

  The kindness from the employees, the quick but thorough process, the clean and perfect-working vehicle, and the easy return is what will make me rent from Enterprise again. We used them at the Edmonton airport and in Cold Lake and both times everything went completely smooth. Thanks!

  I was really satisfied with my experience. Mr. Paudel was absolutely amazing and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The car was clean, and everything was quick and smooth. After I returned the vehicle, they even gave me a ride back home, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.
