  They are a fraud. First they are off site, you have to take a shuttle to go there. They don’t show up on time even if you call them multiple times. Then they close 11 pm, when all other airport based rentals stay till 1 pm, last flight. So if your flight is delayed you are screwed. Last, the amount of of additional charges and taxes add to the invoice is a scam level! A charge of $876 with taxes and fees suddenly becomes $1250! Don’t waste your vacation and money to go there.

  I usually don’t post the feedback, but this place deserves one. I arrived about an hour late, but next thing you know, they are not ready with my car, instead they offer me a wrangler which I can’t rent because it gives me headaches. And they said they are washing the car currently for me, i am late with my appointments now. I expect more with sixt!

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also helped me to find good price and solutions. Not like some other rental companies who always thinking about getting money from customer’s pockets. I would choose Sixt again next time.

  I booked a mid-size SUV similar to a Mazda CX-5 because I needed the cargo space. Instead, they tried to give me a BMW X1, which has a significantly smaller trunk (around 540 L compared to about 870 L for the CX-5). They kept insisting the two vehicles were in the same class, but my concern was the luggage capacity, not the vehicle category. They offered me a larger vehicle only if I paid an additional fee. I explained that I simply wanted a vehicle with cargo space comparable to the mid-size SUV I had reserved. After I refused to pay extra, they somehow managed to find another vehicle—a Nissan Rogue—with a similar trunk capacity. The unnecessary back-and-forth and stress over something that should have been straightforward are the reason I’m giving 3 stars. Aside from this experience, the rest of the staff and the shuttle drivers were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

  Horrible car rental company.. booked reservation.. still ended up waiting 3 hours to get a car. Was slightly below gas level which obviously I know you get charged more. It needed less than 10 for sure and was charged 70 for that. Already at day 15 after deposit was released still haven't gotten it where never waited more than 3-4 days with other companies. When I called about my refund the guy I spoke to rudely hung up on me.. completely unprofessional. Would avoid this place at all cost
