  I called for an airport pickup, and she was incredibly helpful in arranging a quick ride for me. A shuttle was just about to leave, but she kindly asked the driver to wait for me. The check-in process was also very smooth, and she was so friendly — I really enjoyed chatting with her. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but this was around 10 a.m. on May 1st.

  The experience was excellent from start to finish. The location felt professional, clean, and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. The customer service agent acknowledged me warmly even while helping someone else, then made the whole interaction feel genuine, thoughtful, and easy.   Friendly and convenient service when arriving for pick up and check out. Car selection was very good and the staff found a fair approach to upgrade our vehicle .the mini was super clean annd comfortable..Mileage was phenomenal. Our original vehicle would have been slightly too small to hold all of our. You will need to take a short private Sixt shuttle ride from parking space #22 to their lot. It in no way inconvenienced us. It added a few minutes, but if the shuttle was there almost immediately. Book direct!!!

  Arrived on time. My car wasn’t ready so they “upgraded” me to a better car. The “better car” had damage on the windshield, and every side had a scratch. The windshield was cracked. Then carplay or bluetooth doesn’t work. No way of connecting my phone. Also we booked a compact car to save on gas but the “better” car was SUV which would use more gas. Then we missed our restaurant reservation because of this. Waited for yet another car which was still NOT the one we booked. Waste of time and money. I believe this “upgrade” was simply a way of giving us a damaged car instead of the one we booked.
