  The freedom to be able to choose your car and skip the counter is what makes the whole rental experience great. The booth attendant and the lot guy was also very helpful to me. I would definitely rent with national again.

  Booked a luxury car that was a significant price increase that specified BMW 3, Mercedes, Audi Etc but was given a rickety, gutless crossover as even with pre-booking well in advance there were no luxury sedans available on my pickup day and I wasn't permitted to downgrade to a basic economy car from my reservation. The crossover I was given was dirty- embarrassingly so on the outside, seven noticeable Rock chips in the windshield, multiple paint chips and rashed rims. Huge waste of money to upgrade to luxury! Having a Mercedes and a Tesla performance at home this was a very disappointing experience for my first car rental.

  Our car was perfect. Clean and was reliable for the seven days we had it. But any car rental company can give you a good car. But what made national stand out where their people. The young lady that took care of us when we rented the car explained everything and was extremely nice and very, very pleasant. The gentleman that's dealt with us when we return the vehicle was polite and very good. Dealt with a number of car rental companies in the past but National seems to have really great people. As I said, any car rental company can give you a clean newer model car, but we not only got that but also two great people to deal with when we picked up and returned the vehicle! Will definitely rent from National again!
