  Assistance was less than to be desired to help locate a lost item. It was very evident they did not want to help locate and brushed it off both in the air port and their online service team. Will not use them again due to lack of customer service even just trying to assist.

  This guy Aman is super friendly and helpful. He makes my first trip with my baby a lot easier by accommodating our needs and answered questions as much as he can. Will definitely recommend

  As an Executive Elite Member, my experience with YYC was cold and stale compared to other branches. The cars available for exec elite are half decent compared to other places, there would hardly be any luxury ones during peak and non peak seasons alike. On the contrary, I received excellent service at Prince Edward Island (they asked me what I want). I had to pick up a scratched car(yes that was in exec elite parking lot). It was a long scratch panning from front to the back of the car and not regular wear and tear as I was told by their employee. Also I got a headache from a constant smell in the cabin; its either the car leather or some kind of freshener that they use. It feels like the staff at this location thinks of their elite members as liability rather than special guests, they do not want to go above and beyond to provide for that we are entitled to after spending so much money.

  We've been using National Car Rental for our recent trips, and honestly, they never disappoint. Pick-up and drop-off were super quick and smooth, which makes such a difference when you just want to get on the road without waiting around.

  we picked the car at night and that time options were very limited and reps were not so helpful either. They’ve advised their washbay has been closed but yet clean cars kept on coming. But when we returned the next day with a mechanical issue on our first car and requested to swap to a new one, LORENZO was a great helper!! He made the transition smoothest and was very friendly and helpful!! All 5* for LORENZO! A negative experience turned into a pleasant one!
