  I have been an Executive Elite member for 20+ years and have received many good experiences with National, but this past week the YYC team crushed it for me. The first vehicle I took had a weird vibration in the steering wheel/ ride, so I returned it the next morning and paid a few extra $$ for a Mercedes GLE class (which was amazing). The entire team and experience was top shelf!!! Many kudos to the staff and especially the management at National - YYC !!!

  I returned here and the girl who received the car tried to charge me a gallon even though i've filled the tank full. Luckily, i've gone through this before since i got the same minivan (Chrysler Pacifica) which shows full tank with a strange gap as if i'm missing some fuel. Fortunately after insisting i did a full tank before I came to the airport, she refunded the 1 gallon. It's not a lot of money but it's only fair you don't charge what i'm not owed.

  The vehicle was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the car 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, which is uncommon with many rental car companies. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. After returning the vehicle, I realized that I had accidentally left my wallet behind. I reported the issue, and within 30 minutes my wallet was located and returned to me. A special thank you to Ms. Puneeth and her colleagues for their prompt assistance and dedication. The team acted quickly, took my concern seriously, escalated the matter immediately, and resolved it in a very short time. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism, sincerity, and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this rental service.

  Excellent experience with National Car Rental at Calgary Airport. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, allowing us to get on the road right away. The vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived. The drop-off process was just as easy and efficient, making the end of our trip stress-free. The staff were professional and friendly throughout the entire rental experience. I would highly recommend National Car Rental at Calgary Airport and will definitely use them again on future visits.
