  This location has generally been reliable for me as an emerald club member when renting a car. However, today was different. The "Manager" assisting me attempted to charge me extra for everything possible. I know adding my wife as a driver is free, yet she tried to impose a fee for that. When I inspected the vehicle she intended to provide, it was dirty. Upon requesting a different car, she informed me it would cost an additional $15 per day. I then spotted another car of the same class, but it had a noticeable rock chip in the driver's line of sight. She suggested an upgrade for an extra daily fee. It seemed like this manager was eager for a commission.

  I use this location lots for travel, they were extremely helpful when my husband had to go to urgent surgery and we needed to cancel bring back, early. Justin was very kind on the phone and also went above and beyond.

  Always a pleasure renting with National. The team is professional, they explain the rental process, work you through everything and don't push you to buy add-on like insurance (although I bought for my peace of mind but the agent wasn't pushy like other rental companies). Overall a great experience. Oh, and they called me after my rental letting me know how much I was charged etc. Definitely coming back again.
