I always prefer this location. Easy to commute here by transit and after hours car drop service is available.

All I wanted to do was update my corporate credit card for my Emerald App. Called customer service which seemed helpful and said I need to visit a branch to update information I go to Calgary Downtown branch and they can not help, say I need to call customer service but most frustrating is the manager could care less. Rent about 30 cars with National / Enterprise per year and this is the service you get.

Staff at both ends of our rental were very efficient and helpful . The conditions for them working at the underground return in Calgary Airport are very challenging and should be investigated for health risks because of continuous exposure in à confined space to fuel fumes .
