  Always a pleasure renting with National. The team is professional, they explain the rental process, work you through everything and don't push you to buy add-on like insurance (although I bought for my peace of mind but the agent wasn't pushy like other rental companies). Overall a great experience. Oh, and they called me after my rental letting me know how much I was charged etc. Definitely coming back again.

  They use a barcode thingy for when you return the car but not when you take it out. They are trying to get you to pay for previous damages

  Very disappointing experience with new management I’ve been renting cars from this location for the past 3 years, and the previous team was always professional and customer-focused. Unfortunately, the new management is the complete opposite. They seem to have no regard for customer service and are overly strict when it comes to charges. I was charged for an entire extra day simply because I returned the car slightly late. I picked it up at 4:40 PM and dropped it off at 5:10 PM after hours — just a 30-minute difference — and was still billed for a full additional day. When I tried to discuss this with them, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Their response was that even being one minute late results in a full extra day’s charge, with no flexibility or understanding. Very disappointing compared to how this location used to operate. I would not recommend renting from here under the current management.
