  I always use National, even if it costs more. National's service is always the best. There is a reason why customers book specific types of vehicles. If the car a customer reserved is unavailable, National communicates with the customer to provide the most suitable vehicle they need. Some other strange companies give me a car that doesn't suit my purpose for renting it, claiming it's a 'free upgrade.' And then they force me to give them a 5-star rating for customer service. I am truly grateful to all the staff at this branch.

  Booked twice to pickup here and they don’t have the vehicles when you show up. Worst experience with a rental company I’ve ever had. EDIT: there isn’t a form to fill out in the link the corporate person sent, it was this location, and I’m an “Executive Elite” member, maybe for the last year. Might be time for a new rental company after these abhorrent experiences.

But it’s not just him; the entire staff at this location is consistently professional, efficient, and welcoming. This incredible team is the reason I’ve shifted all my business here.
